Need led an inspection done at 7:15 PM on a Thursday and this was literally the only Emissions place opened in Gwinnett. I pulled in and a nice gentleman assisted me. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this location if you need an emissions completed on your car. read more

I brought both my vehicles to this shop (a garage bay attached to a Chevron convenience store and a Dunkin' Donuts) on a rainy Saturday morning and I was in and out after about ten minutes test time for each vehicle. The price was $25.00 for each vehicle and the two gentlemen running the tests were polite and efficient. I have used oil change shops in the past for emissions testing but at least half the time their testing machines would be down and I'd have to go somewhere else. I will use Courtesy Emissions going forward. read more

I was looking for an emissions place last minute...don't we all? Oh just me? I see. Unfortunately it was a Sunday and most of them weren't open. I went to the spot across the street that I had gone to several times and they were closed so I came here knowing they were a little pricey last time i came but beggars cant be choosers. There was a slight wait and there were 3 cars ahead of me and tech acknowledged me which was nice so i wasnt just sitting in my car not knowing what the hell was going on. It was finally 1 car before me and he told me what to do like turning off the radio so it doesn't run the battery. It was finally my turn, he informed me about the price increase to $25(GREAT) but no biggie. The waiting area was very nice and clean and not too hot because of the fan. He was very courteous and the transaction was over very quickly. Wham bam thank you ma'am. read more

Went to Courtesy Emissions on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd and 7 customers along with me left to get emissions somewhere else because of terrible customer service. I believe that the guy that is working there is trying to sabotage the company because he came out to where we were all parked to get emissions and starting yelling at everybody. So, we all left and never got any emissions, so this company got no money from 7 customers. I have been going to this emissions place for 10 years, and I have seen anything like this before. This company needs to really evaluate the people they hire, because they are sabotaging the company. If it keeps happening this way, then it will be shut down. I would not advise anyone to get their emissions done here, until they fire that emissions. It will be a waste of time, and you will have to go elsewhere to get your emissions. read more

Waiting area was actually pretty nice (clean & cool). Staff member was professional (courteous, & competent). The whole process probably took about 5 minutes, if that. Lastly, at $14, it's the cheapest place I've gotten an emissions test. 100% recommend. read more

So glad I found them! He was nice and quick as soon as I drove in. Price was just as advertised. They had a small but quaint waiting area with reading materials and refreshments. He entered my car information in the system and it was very fast. I was able to get my tag the same day! And I did all of this on a Saturday (Go to the 24/7 tag kiosk by the mall of Georgia) I'll be back here again next year as well! read more

Had to get my car's emission done, the service was fast, you just drive into the "garage" and you get directed from there. The staff member that worked with me was friendly, i had question on how this process works after the test, since i moved from another state. They were very helpful in explaining the process. The hours are incorrect. It clearly states 8-6 but when I arrived a little after 5 they were closed. An employee came out to tell me the hours are 9-5 and pointed to a sign that had been changed. She said all the systems are shut down and I'm not the only one who came by. She said the sign is correct but that is not helpful if you look it up online to find a place. From how the conversation went is sounds like it has been this way for quite a while. She said the regulars are aware of the hours. I guess that means they do not want any new customers. read more
