Made an appointment for 2pm to have my 4 tires replaced plus an alignment 6pm comes (closing time) and they called me to tell me they haven't started in my car and it won't be ready until the next day. I drive to the shop to get my car and I see costumers still in the lobby so I asked them if they have made an appointment or were walk ins so they said they were walk ins and they were working on their car. But my car still just sitting there. 3 people working there and none could explain why they work on walk ins but not on cars with appointments. As a customer, I usually purchase my tires from this place and have always been happy with prices and service. In the past, I also brought my tires for my side-by-side to be replaced - costing about $20/tire for the service. My tires with my rims. THIS time, I brought two new front tires for my side-by-side to request the same service (put them on the rims). The employee behind the counter protested the idea but asked the manager if they could accommodate my request. The manager said yes (thank you) but the employee told me that "If it was up to me, I wouldn't do it." I've come to expect stellar service from tires plus but my last visit left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the tiny store was unusually packed which isn't a great sign but since I had a flat and was driving on my spare, I needed to be seen that day. Although the agents at the front desk were friendly and personable, they did not offer counsel on the current status of my tires, which tires I could look into, different service of prions, etc- so if you know exactly what you want and how you want it done, I'd recommend coming here no problem. But if you're unfamiliar with cars and need assistance, maybe bring someone with you or go somewhere else. When checking my car in, they quoted me a price and estimated wait time. I ended up waiting more that double the amount of time they communicated and although I knew what I was expected to pay (and I received a invoice by email) the charges were never reviewed in person with me. Also while I was there, over the course of four hours, I witnessed two employees being somewhat brash and demeaning with two separate customers. My family has been going here almost 20 years and they have definitely fallen from GRACE ! 7k we paid for another engine and they're not holding up their end for the warranty.. my girlfriend took my car to this location because i had a code on my car. they first told me that it was my engine and that it needed to be replaced. So i told them to go ahead and get the engine. After a week, she picked the car up and after a few days it was doing the exact same thing. that was in FEB 2024 Since then, She has taken my car back at least twice a month since then. and each time it goes back, its something different. its the oil leaking (with no oil indicated on the ground anywhere), then they told her it was the spark plugs, then they told her it was the coils. But then i found out that they never replaced the engine, nor did they replace anything on the car at all. then i found out that the initial guy that did the work no longer works there. that's real convenient, now they told me i had to write to corporate and they would call me back that has been almost a month and no word. i do not recommend going to them about anything about your car besides maybe putting air in your tires read more

This was a great tire place a few years ago when I purchased tires for 2 different cars. I was told when I purchased them if I had an issue with a tire such as a nail, bring it by and they'd remove it. I did that last week. Instead of getting the nail removed, I was quoted for a new set of tires. I was told it wasn't safe for them to remove the nail because my treads were too low....ok. It is so much safer to allow me to leave on said tire without checking the air pressure. Clearly safety wasn't the issue, you just wanted to sell a set of tires. I had an appointment for a tire rotation at 11:30. Dropped my car off at 11:20 and the guy said it was going to take an hour. I left for an hour and returned at 12:52, my car was still in the bay. 30 minutes pass and I go to the front desk to check the status, they hadn't even touched it. I do NOT recommend this Tires Plus location. I had a screw in my tire which caused the tire to go flat. I purchased a Slime flat repair product to temporarily close the puncture and filled the tire up with air but by the time I got to this location the tire had already lost 10 PSI. The lady at the front desk said they could not repair a tire that had been tampered with so she recommended replacing the tire. I agreed to replace both of my front tires because the other one had a slow leak as well and I had also used a Slime product on it. The lady said they would install the 2 new tires on the back and move my back tires to the front. I agreed and left the car for them to install the tires. Early the next morning I received a call from Cody from Tires Plus. He said that my right front CV axle was busted and slinging grease and that my rear shocks needed replacing which brought my total due from around $400 to now $1850. I was not having any problems with the car so this was a red flag for me. I did not agree to the extra work and asked them to only replace the tires. After picking up my car and driving it home I noticed my dash tire inflation light was on. When I called and spoke with Rick, he said that they had replaced the tires as instructed and that all tire pressures were checked and within manufacture limits. He said the car computer probably just needed to be cleared from replacing the tires. This is false. This light only comes on when a tire is low and it goes off automatically once the tire is properly inflated. I am not a mechanic and I know this. When I got home I checked the tire pressures and discovered that they had not replaced my front tires at all. The tire with the screw was 10 PSI low, same as when I had dropped it off. You could also see the drip marks on the tires where I had used the Slime products. Basically, they installed 2 new tires on the back, kept the 2 good tires off of my vehicle for themselves, left the 2 tires with punctures on the vehicle, AND tried to up-sell me on repairs that did not need to be done!! I took the car back to the shop immediately and demanded they put the 2 good tires back on my vehicle. I asked to see the tires that they took off of my car and they had them stored out back in a different location. Hmmmm This place is very sketchy and I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I would give them ZERO stars if I could!!! read more

Sitting here on my laptop, waiting for my car. Made an online reservation for 1 PM, and they inspected my car right away. After a general inspection (and my specific requests for an oil change and brake inspection), the attendant called me up to explain the current issues with my car. She explained it in a list format; first explaining the list of issues and their urgency, then the pricing of each service. She answered all my questions regarding the urgency of each issue (e.g. time she recommends fixing specific issues by) and the estimated time of service. I chose to remove a couple non-urgent services, and the attendant never tried to make me reconsider. Overall, reasonable pricing compared to online estimates and friendly service. read more

They were exceptionally welcoming, super thorough, and explained everything fully. I was hesitant initially as I've had trouble with other locations of Tires Plus, but after reading other reviews at this spot I decided to give it a shot. I was immediately greeted upon entering and explained what was going on. The problem was able to be resolved and offered solutions within a timely manner. Going forward this location has me sold. Second time using them for tires, won't go anywhere else! Mary is amazing and could not be more pleasant! Don't believe me...just call and yes she answers the phone like that EVERY time. I had a slow leak and they couldn't see me until the next day she offered to fill up the air in the meantime if I needed it. They inspected and ultimately replaced my bum tire in less than an hour, in & out. With many brands and options available to consumers these days one thing remains true- provide great service and they'll come back. I however will never come back to Tires Plus. I needed a patch for a slow leak on a front tire. This location is so close to my home I could walk back home after dropping off my car. All I needed was a patch, I was told I needed a brand new tire because the sidewall was destroyed and they tire wouldn't hold air and couldn't be placed back on my rim. This is a slow leak, so slow in fact that when I noticed the tire was low and used my air compressor to inflate the tire BEFORE driving that the next day there was still air in the tire. Also the damaged sidewall had a 7 inch gash- this would make it impossible to drive as the tire would not be able to hold air and I would be riding on the rim creating damage to the rim. There's no damage on my rim. It gets worse- the tire in question I was told a Continental ContiProContact was discontinued the ONLY option available is a PURECONTACT LS(Which they had on hand) and neither the local warehouse nor Tirerack.com had a replacement tire. Yet the tires were in stock that day on tirerack.com and I took a screen shoot along with a picture of my damaged tire at the shop and sent it to a regional person with Tires Plus. Going to the website for Continental, shows almost 50 locations near my zip code that have that tire in stock and the correct size for my car. Which makes it more interesting since apparently the manufacturer still produces this tire. Wait- there's more I called another local Tires Plus store to see if they had the tire I needed and the manager told me he could get one in a day. So I was lied to about being able to get the right tire, forced to get a tire that I didn't need for my car and the tire which needed a patch destroyed at the store. Today is 7/24/20 and I've heard nothing from Tires Plus- I called their customer service line only to find out the file is closed as resolved. Would you ever do business with this company? read more

Back in 2018 I visited this location to get my wheel bearing replaced on my Mercedes E-class ( my first mistake ), but I also have a Honda that I've taken there before and never had any issues so yea I can get my wheel bearing replaced it is Tires Plus. Well 2 years later 2020 that same wheel bearing exploded and had to go back and get it replaced, and now here it is 2 years later and guess what that same wheel bearing exploded but this time last night I'm driving on Hwy 316 and almost flipped my car. So I called them up again after having my car towed to a much more reputable place True Automotive in Lawrenceville, and told Tire plus it's the same wheel bearing but this time it's oh well the warrant is only good for 12 months. Now, I'm no mechanic but I don't think wheel bearing should only last 2 years. In conclusion if you don't mind having services done like this to only have them last 2 years then by all means continue going to Tires Plus, if not avoid at all cost!! read more

I use to get really good service from this location but I've become more and more disappointed each time I bring my car here. I do my own brakes and oil changes on my car, so I don't come here for those basic services. I've also never purchased tires here either, so I can't really comment there either. However I have purchased lifetime alignment for several of my previous cars including my current one. It's a great value that you can't get from a lot of tire shops. This last trip to get an alignment was extremely inconvenient. I dropped my car off around 11am on a Saturday with all intentions of leaving it and was told it should be ready around 2pm. 2:00 rolls around and I haven't received a call, then 3:00, then 4:00. Finally they call me at 4:50 to say its ready but they close at 5:00pm on Saturdays. The guy I spoke with on the phone seemed to think I must own a teleportation device and could magically beam myself there instantly to pick it up. Shocking as this sounds, he fails to see the irony that if I did have said device I probably wouldn't need a CAR aligned in the first place. After making it obviously apparent that I wasn't able to make if there before they closed and that I was somewhat pissed off about this he suggested I could pick it up tomorrow. I DON'T THINK SO! I'm not leaving my car in a random parking lot all night thank you very much. I told him I'd be using my spare keys and picking it up "after hours." I requested them to leave the spec-sheet in the car so I could see how far off the alignment was. All I found in the seat was a useless invoice with no information on it. So, I guess I'll be driving back in the morning wasting my gas to get my keys back. I'll also spend tomorrow washing all the grimy handprints off what was a freshly clean car. Why there are handprints on the roof from them I'll never know. If I hadn't already broken even on the lifetime alignment I'd be much more upset than this over the ordeal. I specifically go to this location because I've gotten notably worse service from the Suwanee and Duluth locations. I guess it's still better than any Firestone shop. Don't even get me started on their "life-time alignment." read more

This place is nice. The employees are very patient kind, humble. Everyone acknowledges my presence and other customers. The bath rooms are clean and well stocked. Sucks, that one has to wait but hey, it's a tire shop services take time. Wish, there were more chairs in the waiting room. Coffee, was awesome sauce. Be very cautious going to this location (Tires Plus Riverside Lawrenceville GA). Extremely unethical business practices. I have used Tires Plus several times over past years for Oil changes / Tires. In the past I have always felt confident in the work they had done. After this last visit I will never go back. I recently took my car in for a set of tires and an alignment. They installed 4 tires, corrected my alignment and did a courtesy check (from what I see this checks tires, lights, fluid levels, Wipers, Belts, Battery, Hoses and more ... not sure what else it entails but I will take it) There was no mention on bent rims at this time. Considering they installed 4 new tires I feel confident that my rims where checked prior to the install and there were no bends. 20 minutes after I left I was traveling on a resurfaced interstate when I heard a pop and the sound of a flat tire on the front driver's side. I was able to maneuver the vehicle over to the shoulder safely without getting into or causing an accident. The entire sidewall had separated from the tire all the way around. It was removed and placed in the trunk and I drove the car home on the spare. I took the vehicle back in the next morning. They informed me that my rim was bent. They told me they could hammer it out it was a slight outward bend. I didn't exactly feel comfortable with that considering none of my rims were bent when I brought it in the day before and had the new tires installed. He told me he would get me a new rim. I picked my car up that afternoon and realized that my alignment was off and my tires needed to be balanced (again) and there was a slight vibration. I did not feel comfortable going back to the Riverside location so I took it to a different Tires Plus location. 30 mins later they came out with one of my tires. My balance was off on the vehicle and they wanted to let me know that I had a bent rim. They explained that it wasn't really that bad and that it was something they felt confident that they could "hammer out". They showed me the outward bend on the rim. The bent rim was now on my back passenger side. I was baffled by this. They told me that clearly I had hit something. I explained that I had just put on a full set of tires and there was no mention of a bent rim at that time. I didn't hit anything ... I would know if I hit something especially hitting something that caused damage to a rim. I went back thru the previous events of the blow-out and what had transpired at the other shop. The only reasonable explanation to having two bent rims in 5 days, is that I actually only had 1 bent rim (as a result to the blow out) and instead of actually doing what they told me they were going to do, they hammered out the bent rim and moved it to the back. I cannot get the corporate office to call me. The location manager continues to close out my complaint ticket and I can't get anywhere with customer service because the location manager says that the situation is resolved and continues to note it that way. I have been trying to get in touch with the Area and Regional manager for 7 days now and have yet to speak with any of them. Very poor customer service. read more

It's unfortunate because my family and I have been coming here for a decade and have spent thousands of dollars here but I will no longer be returning due to the horrible customer service I received today. I came after work to simply get air in my tires because my tire pressure light came on during my ride home. I've been here plenty of times to get air so i didn't think nothing of it. There was an older looking man sitting down a few feet from where I parked in front of where they put the air at and he looked directly at me and when I rolled down my window to get his attention he turned his head. Ok no problem, I walked in was greeted nicely by an older man I've seen plenty of times, politely asked for air in my tires and he said someone will be right there. I went to my car, sat down and the man who was sitting down was at my window (while it was rolled up I didn't even get a chance to start my car yet and unroll the window) but he had the audacity to say "what do you want" with the worst attitude. I was so taken back but I responded I need air in my tires and he said "ok well which one." I replied i'm not sure I just need air in my tires and he walked off, told a younger guy to put air in my tires and stood there smoking a cigarette. I could not believe what just happen. Thankfully the younger man was pleasant and when he was done I thanked him and asked him if the older man was new because I knew I never saw him before nor have I ever received this treatment so I told him that man was rude to me and he just said yeah he's new and while putting my car in drive the rude man said "what did she say, what did she say". I drove off in disbelief and when I got home I called the store because whoever this man is need some serious disciplinary action. I understand misery need company but if you don't like your job you should quit. I called the store and spoke to the man who greeted me up front and because I've seen him for many years I assumed he was management but all he said was he will tell the manager. I would have appreciated when I came to him with a complaint he can do nothing about since he was not management he should have put a manager on the phone or asked for my info so that I can receive a call back from a manager .That's my fault for assuming I wasn't thinking to even ask. Anyway I didn't complain about my visit for the rude man to be terminated I just simply want some sort of disciplinary action to be given for his unprofessionalism to prevent this from happening again to any future customers. This situation was very unsettling for me that's why I called which is something I never do. I called a competitor and they were 200.00 above tires plus. They did the work in less than the stated two hours and I even qualified for a 6 month no interest loan!!!
