I assure you honesty will you take you far and this shop goes above and beyond. It actually warms my heart to be in the store even waiting and hearing them deal with customers. Because, it shows me everyone is being treated the same way. I've only been to this store once and for my very first time being a customer it is very- very difficult to find a shop that is honest with its customers through and through. The customer service alone is 5* I've only brought my vehicle here once and as long as I haven't repeatedly came back to this shop for multiple issues for the exact same thing due to negligence I can assure you I'll be editing my review. I have an older car 2002 Honda and I can assure you I'll be bringing my vehicle here from now on.

Let's be real.. Trying to find an honest auto mechanic is a pain.. I KNOW!! Out of all of the auto repair places I have been to through my life, this shop has been the most reliable and trustworthy I have ever found. I live by "trust but verify" and know a good bit about auto mechanics. Manager and auto expert Robert always fully explains and shows me exactly what happened so I know I'm not getting taken for. He provides and explains ALL available options. Trust me I've had my fair share of those shady types and FINALLY I find a REAL honest one!! Over my eight years of using them I've had everything from oil changes to large time consuming repairs (I have a couple of older vehicles in my fleet) and every time the price seemed fair and didn't try to sell me things I don't need. Awesome job to Robert and the guys over at Full Line Auto! They're the best!

I explained exactly what I needed before handing over my keys. The mechanic took my car, came back 15 minutes later, and asked me to pay $120 -- with zero prior discussion about pricing. My issue is not the price itself. My issue is the complete lack of transparency. A basic standard in any service business is to inform the customer of the cost BEFORE doing the work -- not after. I was never given the chance to agree or walk away. That's not a mistake, that's a choice. I only came here because a close mutual friend recommended this shop. That trust made it even more disappointing. I would not return, and I would strongly advise anyone to ask for a written quote upfront before leaving their keys here.

Hello. I am writing this review based on my nightmare experience with this shop. I brought my…read morevehicle in to have an alignment and suspension checked out. It was on Friday November 30. They diagnosed my vehicle and told me that they would lock my vehicle in the bay and start the work on Monday. I found out that they left my vehicle in the back of the building over the weekend. Not secured or locked. Cameras don't work on property. My vehicle was left outside all weekend. When I arrived the manager was very defensive. I paid the $60 to get my vehicle. Was very upset about being lied to about my vehicle being locked in the shop. After getting my keys and leaving. After driving not even a mile down the road. My vehicle was making a loud clanking noise from the rear. I immediately turned around and headed back to the shop. They refused to look at my vehicle after I paid for service. To see what is wrong. I called the Police to make a report of the incident.. After taking my vehicle to a certified shop afterwards. I found out that not only did I not need $2,800 like Full Line Autocare was attempting to charge me. That my brake caliper was hanging from the bottom inside the rear rim. There were no bolts at all .. This could of caused a hug problem had I not addressed this immediately. They took parts off, and never put the parts back on my vehicle.. I would NEVER TRUST A SHOP WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR INTEGRITY.. I encourage to really seek other options before visiting this shop. I was heading on a trip. Who knows what could of happen had I got on the freeway..
