(update: review after phone call with Matt, manager, as he requested and replied under my first review on Google. I didn't ask for the manager. Manager asked for me, let's get that clear before he gaslights me even further) Would give negative stars if I could, Im being gaslit on the phone by Matt and getting words put in my mouth for being CONVINCED about what I said. And many times he'd try to talk OVER me on the phone , literally felt like I CANNOT be nice, I was forced to raise my voice in order to get words in. And in the end , he tried to put words in my mouth on the phone call, PLUS extra details on "notes" that wasn't on my copy of the receipt. He said the front desk wrote the services were non refundable but that was never stated on my copy. Just . Really felt like I'm having a super typical experience of being Asian American trying to get even a partial refund for bad service in murica. Never going to this shop ever again Taking all my business to Asian shops instead (I never been treated this rudely ever by Asian shops. The other ones show me in person everything they're doing without charging, this shop manager says getting to see what they're doing is a diagnosis which they charge) Also trying to get a hold of the number is...compared to my homeland, A LAG. The number he replied to me under this thread is the shop's number, not an office number. Which I called during midday, and was promised to get a callback. 4:30pm, still no answer so I had to follow up and gently apply pressure telling the front desk guy "if whoever replied to me, manager or boss, wants to get this situated, I advise to get them to call me back, or give me their direct line so we can speed up the process." I was given some "oh I don't do this"/"can't give the number out" so I had to tell him "ok well if you want this Google review situated faster, get him to call me back". Yeah nah This store at the end of the day, made me uncomfortable, gaslit me, and took $400. I got jipped fr Things were not made right as they replied to this review. Things were made worse just like how they didn't car. If you want to have a valid crashout, purchase their services (aka get ripped off) and speak to them on the phone. 100% guaranteed crashout resource. The good: gave me some advice (only 5% helpful), got replacement radiator ordered and changed day of for $80 part, I brought my own new engine coils & spark plugs in to get the tuneup The bad: labor fees, got jipped and overcharged Car was overheating and misfiring. The cause is the fuel line. I have a 2004 Honda Civic. The only cause for misfires is transmission or fuel line and my transmission is newly rebuilt. So it's obviously the fuel line. I brought it here because I don't have shop tools yet I literally told them to go look at the fuel line and tell me what parts, I'll supply the parts. I came in already knowing that and told them. But they convinced me it's a blown head gasket + needs a $4k engine rebuild + melted radiator and I decided to just put blue devil in & change the radiator And they said they'll change the oil, I told them I brought my own new oil, it's in the back. All they did is drain the oil down to barely living. My car wa DYING off of 0.0% oil. I went backseat to check my oil quarts; UNOPENED. I ended up changing my own oil the following Friday. Was also slightly made uncomfortable by the little small talk....as an Asian person, I've gotten the "my wife is Asian blah blah blah" by a non-poc exchange. This was another day. Please sir, I'm just trying to get my car fixed, and it's NOT an engine rebuild problem. Got jipped $400-500. All I want is a half refund , please sir. read more

I came in on an emergency my car was smoking from the front up by the window blades and leaking. I called in a it was around 1-130 got to the shop and put my car up and found I needed a radiator replacement. It cost 1000+ to get a new one. I was very hurt in my soul. Cause sometimes that might all you have saved. So, I had to pay Peter to pay Paul. Got it replaced and the guys did a good job even stayed an hour over closing time. DO NOT go here. The guy on the phone told me straight up I could come in for a free scan and vehicle check. The moment I show up, they plug in a scanner for literally a few seconds, read me a code, and suddenly he's acting like they performed some full diagnostic worth charging me for. I never agreed to ANY diagnostic fee. When I refused the bogus charge, he starts getting loud, disrespectful, and going back and forth with me like I owed him something. I was there for FIVE minutes. No diagnostic was done--just a quick scan I could've done at AutoZone for free. He tried to scam me out of money for work they didn't even do. Then the clown threatens to call the cops on me while I'm literally walking out the door, and as I'm heading to my car, I hear him call me a "little b****" and curse me out. Completely unprofessional, straight-up liars, and absolute idiots running that place. Do. Not. Go. Here. They will lie, try to squeeze money out of you, and disrespect you the moment you don't fall for their nonsense. Thankfully, I recorded the whole interaction. Don't waste your time or your money. Just recently had a complete brake job and some extras done to my work car. The job costs $1600, I had my cat back 2 weeks and the brake light is still on and the car has more problems then before. I took my car to another mechanic and he gave me a list of things precision didn't do right. I reached out to the corporate office and no reply back from them about my problem. I'll never come here again, that's $1600 wasted and I definitely want a refund so I can go to more reliable auto care company. read more

I recently had a problem with my temperature gage they fixed it within a couple hours. When another problem occurred after the fix they took care of me with no questions ask. I have been a customer of this location for many years . However, last week I took my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change. This car is almost new, very low mileage. Two days after the oil change my Jeep had NO oil in it. Fortunately, it did not burn up my engine but would have soon. They did not put an oil filter in! It was sitting on top of the carburetor! I called and spoke to the manager who after seeing pictures, agreed to refund what I paid them as well as what the other mechanic charged (a total of $100.00). I picked that up at the store and never got an apology or any kind of explanation of how something so irresponsible and potentially damaging happened. He got off easy since I would have been suing had my engine burned up and while I am sure he was clear that I won't be back, I was surprised at his lack of concern regarding the entire incident. I had a check engine light on my son's truck, brought it in. They looked at the issue and diagnosed it within 10 minutes. I left the truck with them, got a ride home and in a few hours picked it up and it was like driving a brand new vehicle. I have been a loyal customer of precision tune auto care since it's close to my house.. I always got my oil changed there. I went in for a regular oil change and asked if I can get them to check my brakes and the man at the front told me it would be 21$ just to check. He came back saying I had no brakes lefts and also that my rotors needed to be changed and that I should also get my back tires "brakes" changed. I would have gotten scammed out of $500. I took my car down the street and they told me I had no problem with my rotors and that my back tires are drums and just need a cleaning. Stay far away from this place. Flat out scammers. read more
