    Horrible service just trash job I took my Chevy up here for a transmission replacement brought the…read morevehicle home because it's a project car I'm working on from my stand point and my professional certified mechanic Brother inform me that this transmission among other problems after installing the transmission, it was done incorrectly and uncompleted. When I went there and asked for a manager or the owner, the employee proceeded to tell me " we're all in charge so just talk to me" I stay at the promise about the transmission that they had just installed a few weeks prior to the day, I was there the vehicle has not been driven from the second I open the hood and looked under the vehicle I could point out so many various things that was wrong on top of that The transmission leaking do not take your vehicle to them horrible work they will cause someone their life with the horrible work, God forbid The response from the employee, "we're all in charge so just talk to me," is also unprofessional and unhelpful. As a customer, you have the right to speak with a manager or owner to express your concerns and seek a resolution. I will be reaching out to our Attorney General's office and local consumer protection agency.

    Stay the H*LL away from here!!!!! Don't be stupid! Stay…read moreaway!!!! I brought my car here a year ago. It really wasn't I, but FireStone after I filed a claim for a damaged transmission. I came to pick up my car. Everything ran as it should have. It was my intentions to leave a good review. (I'm glad I did NOT! but time kept slipping by, and I forgot.) First I didn't have my receipt. No one told me that was the only way to find my record or get my warranty honored. NO OTHER Mr. Transmission can look up your record. Head quarters can't look up your record either! 1) The owner or front desk person, refused to even try and find my receipt even after 3 calls. He didn't give a rip what I was going through or what was wrong with my car. I told him the month. I gave him even a date. NOTHING! He just said: "You dont' have a receipt?" Like someone glad he didn't have to do anything. 2) Next he asked me if I came back for a return checkup within 14 days which i was never told because FireStone paid for the repair. I just came to pick up the car. He told me that voids the warranty. 3) He asked what type of work needed to be done. I told him it was some type of leak. He then told me "leaks are covered. Anything can cause a leak." It seems like there was some other excuse as well. Either way, he was quick to tell me they didn't care. The warranty is no good here! That is your problem. I had to hunt down a copy of my receipt before i could get anywhere. He wasn't going to do anything to help even within the same month. He said I needed to tell him the EXACT DATE. He never even looked. To his glee, the according to the receipt I had more than 12000 miles on my car and he didn't have to fix anything--not that he was going to honor it anyway! (Please make sure the odometer on your car and receipt matches. I didn't. Just a forewarning. I am assuming he didn't commit fraud but if i had to do it all over again, i would make sure.) If you have the misfortune of using this place, make sure you scan your receipt and keep a copy. Take a picture with your phone and make sure you bring you car back within 14 days for a checkup. Otherwise your warranty is worthless. Headquarters can't help you. Each Mr. Transmission is individually owned. They can't make the owner or store do anything. So if you don't like the service you are out of LUCK! Few stores will want to take on the work from another Mr. Transmission for free. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if they don't want to honor their warranty for any reason AND THEY WILL LOOK TO GET OUT OF IT, you will be completely out of luck and there will be on one to call unless another store will be willing to have pity on you. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Just go somewhere else! I will say my transmission is running well otherwise. So I will throw him that bone, but just go somewhere else. If that weren't the case, I'd be completely screwed.
