It's clear they care about the work they do and appreciate their customers. Most recently, we had an issue on the eve of a holiday. We called, explained the noises and what we thought were going on. They fit us in, had it diagnosed and gave us an estimate and said they could get it fixed by end of day, which they did. They gave us a heads-up of things to be on the lookout for (some we were already aware of), but no pressure or scare tactics. The bill for parts and labor was in line with our expectations. I really wanted to give a positive review because the brake pad replacement itself went smoothly,…read morebut unfortunately the experience took a turn afterward. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

He never fixed what was not necessary to fix at the time and would give us a priority list with low pricing that was always honored, of what we needed to pay attention to and when we needed to bring it in for that service. He never took advantage and would even let us get our own parts without the markup and install them for labor only. He was a very fair man and will liked. I miss him greatly. I give Mr Vo 5 stars. The new guys, maybe 2 stars. I believe they have much to learn about customer service. They just don't have the passion for it that he had.

Rather than simply fixing the AC as requested and charging me labor and parts they spent an entire day "diagnosing" the system, as well as every other inch of the car, including photographs and a fancy software print out. Of course they recommended several unrelated (and unneeded) services which were thousands of dollars. At this point I was informed they would charge me $358 for the diagnosis unless I engaged them to do the repair. After another 6 hours (the next day) trying to figure out when they could start and if they could get the parts, with no assurance of when it would be ready, I withdrew authorization and paid them their diagnostic charge to get my car back. I'd stay away.
