BMW quoted $30 or $60 for removal of the wheel lock and asked to her to come to the dealership not promising that it could be done the same day. Enter Jordan, and not only did he remove the wheel lock for free, but he put another option which included a much easier removal for the future. Oh, he even got us in and out the same day at 1/2 the price of BMW Of Gwinnett and just a tad lower than Solo Auto. Best part was the friendly customer service by Jordan who apologized for the tight parking situation and helped me backup my car. I'll be going there next for my other car. Highly recommend them. They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible.
