Take 5 took more then 5 but it seemed to be very convenient for me. It was my first time here an it won't be my last time here but take 5 seemed to be a nice place with great workers . I came in for a oil change and ended up with my filters changed and new windshield wipers as well Wheww lol , but anyways i pulled up with me an my baby in the care it took about 6 mins for someone to address us hence the car in front of us was blocking the entry for us to pull up but once someone did come to speak he asked her to move her car forward so the rest of us can get by . The gentleman asked me what i needed done and i told him a oil change he said ok I'm next he then came out back with water , juice and candy for my baby that was nice complementary snacks while you wait that was a plus right along with us being able to sit in the car while our oil was being changed . Came here twice. The first time was sometime in 2020 .. it was cool , customer service was fine. Second time was a few months ago .. I did not like the customer service. I felt the staff was rude , all but one greeted me. I also told them what oil I use for my car & they questioned my judgement as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Also , I never had any issues w/ any lights on my dashboard. As soon as I left there, my oil light & check engine light came on. I went & got the codes read at autozone & took it back to them & they were trying to tell me the codes meant something else than what autozone gave me. None of them seemed knowledgeable on the issue. I told them that my oil light was never on before so why now all of a sudden it's on. They didn't seem to care about my concern & rushed me out of there. Now I'm stuck trying to pay a plethora of ppl to figure out what could've went wrong. I will never go back to this location .. Came today after Walmart auto center was busy and did not have my filter. Ivan and DJ was able to get me in and out in under 30 mins. price was very reasonable. I would definitely come back here. If you need a oil change this is the place to go read more

Pulled in here for a quick oil change the service representative name was especially helpful. Went the extra mile clean my windshield and also gave me a bottle of cold water. I had a pair of windshield wiper blades in my truck that needed changed out and they did that for me as well. It was kind of like the good old days ha ha I will be visiting them again. read more

Fast Service and nice staff. The oil is a little pricey but if you need quick service that is your place to go.

Don't usually go to this location, and I never will again. I was there about 45 minutes and after the staff was working around my car they told me they couldn't change the oil and directed me to take my car to the location I usually go to. Upon leaving I IMMEDIATELY started having issues with my car. I never had any issue prior to pulling into this garage. The staff sent me away without putting the air filter back in my car, or the dipstick. The manager was great to talk to, I felt like I was going to have a solution since they messed up my car. Unfortunately, getting a call back isn't easy. This is going to be an ongoing problem as I'm not just letting this go. I need my car, and the recklessness of this location has now messed up the engine in my car. I hope to revise this review, however still waiting on a solution.. read more

This S*** is ridiculous. Change the name from take 5 to take a hour. Bro i used to come here all the time im in and out in 15 min why am i here waiting a hour and 30 min and i still haven't been seen. Like this is ridiculous i can't even leave because it's a car behind me this is out of control. I am baffled and befuddled right now i don't understand this. There are multiple people working on each bay why the hell is it taking so long. I have to find somewhere else this is out of control. I would never recommend this place to anyone again. Waited over an hour in line, sat in the bay for over 20 minutes, no one said anything to me. More than one person per bay working and no one came to my car, didn't appear they were even working on the vehicle next to me. Customer service worst I've seen. Quick and efficient indeed! My friend recommend this place to me and claimed it only takes 15 minutes because I complained about not being able to get an oil change since I have a 1-year old, and I did not want to wait over an hour for an oil change!!! You drive up, stay in your car, tell them what needs to be serviced and they do it all for you while you wait in your car. I had a $13 off coupon as well so it really helped with the total charge. The two guys working on my car were great and friendly! I will definitely come back here again. Not to mention, my 1-year old was sound asleep the whole time. read more

This location couldn't perform an emissions check due to a lack of certs, but I was due for an oil change in any event, and they knocked it out as always great fashion. Came in at 11AM on a Thursday. I was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. My toddler was given Motts' fruit snacks and a Capri Sun.Pulled in and was informed of the prices for services while the other attendant topped off my coolant, inflated tires, etc. Was advised I needed a new air filter but wasn't pressured. TRIED TO GO BACK... got there at 5:30 and was told to come back in 30 minutes because they are about to go on lunch and I politely said sure asked what time they close and he said seven. So I went on some errands and fought traffic coming back. Got there finally at 6:40 and he said they were closed. They refused my business twice. No problem. I will never give you my money again. First time trying this place for an oil change. Swain and Dre were very nice and professional. They changed my oil in about 10 minutes and checked my air filters and made recommendations. They even showed me proof of my oil change which most places don't do! Swain even cleaned my windshield for me before I drove off! I will be coming back to them for my next oil change! read more

I was stuck waiting almost an hour for them to change my oil, then when i pulled up to the area where the car before me was, they started yelling and asking "what are you doing" and even threw an oil can across the garage. Let me start off by saying I enjoyed being able to get an oil change on a Sunday. Buuut, Wow! Lol that's really all I can think of. This was my first visit to this type of oil change place & this location specifically. For lack of better words it was THE MOST RATCHET oil change I ever had. I had to double check that it's wasn't "trap oil change". I don't mind hip hop. I love it but at a business can I at least get some clean hip hip‍. I mean curse words flying everywhere it was crazy! The guy working with us was on the phone maybe dealing with work maybe not who knows! I see other people before had great experiences but looorrrddd!! It was just so ratchet! ‍ I rather go to my dealership & wait 3 hrs in some peace. I hope this helps to improve things in the future. I'm furious. I was waiting for a full hour in line just for them to tell me they've damaged their tool for my model..... I was in line for such a long time and two employees spoke with me in the meantime. Wouldn't it be wise to inform me within that hour? Instead, you've now lost a loyal customer. Never returning. I would advise customers there's a chance you won't get service after a very long wait. Is it worth it? Absolutely not! Update: called and spoke with the manager. Said that there was nothing he could have done... I was sitting over the open pit for 30 minutes. You're telling me there's no way you could have checked very well knowing that you're piece is broken for my make and model? I understand my car might have a different part. I came in for an oil change and new air filter about 4 days ago and my car has been running better than ever since then! I wish I would have gotten their names but they provided excellent customer service and recommendations. They weren't pushy at all which is great cause I will definitely be back to replace what they recommended. I was offered a water as soon as I arrived and didn't even have to get off the car. The whole process took about 15 minutes and they even washed my mirror and fixed my tire pressure light. They honored the coupons that they have online as well! They have the best & quickest service! Very thorough with everything. My boyfriend & I came on a Sunday for an oil change & they were able to take care of us right away. We didn't even have to get out of the car. They also instructed my boyfriend he needed a new air filter & they were also able to change it after the oil change. Our windshield wipers were worn down, so we also purchased some there & had it installed all at the same time. I was searching for a place to have an oil changed performed on a Sunday, since most of the places I frequent were primarily closed on Sunday. After reading all of the amazing reviews on this location, I just had to go! This was the most amazing oil change experience I have yet encountered! It was fast, friendly and efficient! I pulled in at 9:42 am, I pulled out at 9:55 am! The price for what I received came with a coupon, which made it even more reasonably priced! The service techs were AJ and Chance, and they were each very personable, courteous and professional. I was greeted when I arrived by AJ, who brought me a smile and a cold bottle of water. I was provided a detailed breakdown of the services I received, as well as received "soft sale" recommended service repair options contributing to the life of my car. (No "hard sales!") I used to think all oil change shops were created equal but boy was I wrong!! This place is going to be my oil change location for all our vehicles. Please give it a try you will not be disappointed. Matt and Dave were very personable. My oil change was thorough but still completed really quickly. All my questions were answered and I truly enjoyed the conversation. I had gone to Walmart for my last oil change and within days my check engine light came on. I know something was not done properly or connected back correctly it was not a coincidence. As soon as my oil change was completed here my light immediately went off!!! Reinforcing they had done all steps properly! I stopped by a closer Havoline location before I decided to stop in here. I didn't like the lackluster greeting I recieved. I think it says alot about the way you work when you come to greet a customer with a cigarette in your hand. Quick and efficient! I needed to get my oil change and wanted to find a place go to my workplace. I used Yelp and found this spot. The reviews were not too bad, so decided to give it a try. The young man that took care of me was friendly and made sure to tell me the offers they had. Of course, he started with the most expensive but that was all good because I went with their special they had for synthetic blend ($24.99). Now, the offer was for 5qts and my car takes 6, so had to pay extra for another qt. Now, one thing that was least desired was the music selection that they put on. Don't get me wrong I like hip hop, but for a business the music should at least be the clean versions. Thankfully, I did not have my baby boy in the car. If you want to be able to sit in your car while getting a quick and efficient oil change with friendly staff then I highly recommend giving them a try. I do hope the music is at least changed to the clean version of the songs, but I will be back though for future oil changes. read more
