I brought my car here for a break job, after waiting for several hours, I was told they didn't have the parts, and I would have to wait for several more hours for the car to be completed. I had to order an Uber just to get home. When I did finally go back to pick up my car, they had broken the rear window washer blade off the car, (they did fix it for free, but I had to go back to have the work done). I was pleased the first time I went here but after that experience I started going to Mavis Break and Tire. Better prices, and honest people. read more

They dont give quotes for simple things, unless we get car to them and they check it out. I called and asked quote for radiator replacement labor charge and they said, they can't give unless i get the car to them. Obviously this seems to be a good bait for "service charge to check" and not encourage shopping on quotes across multiple shops. read more

Based on my experience two things are clear: 1. They are not competent. I had a part replaced 3 times. The fourth time it failed in two months they tried to focus me on a different issue. The fith time - i got stuck with a puddle of fluid and brought the car to a reputable shop where it was discovered the hose was never tightened properly. $200 more bucks out of my pocket and days worth of time driving back and forth to this place, arranging rides, etc. 2. Took my truck here for what I thought was going to be a 4 wheel brake job. They did a FULL system check and found that my breaks were OK, but my battery was low on power and needed replacing. So they told me the GOOD news (brakes were ok), and asked for authorization to replace the battery. They also have this text service that gives a full breakdown of service performed...very cool.. The waiting area is CLEAN...and I'm a clean freak! Walked in this afternoon because one of the tires had a low tire pressure...not surprisingly there was a piece of metal stuck into it. The had it fixed at no time and with zero charges! I am always sceptical of car repair places because I'm not intimately familiar with a vehicle's inner-workings, and it always seems like repair shops are taking you to the cleaners. Not these guys!! These guys are amazing! I've taken my car here for several repairs as well as regular maintenance. They've always been honest and have never tried to upsell me. When a set of repairs was outside of what I could afford, they didn't try to make it seem like the world was going to end, as some shops might. They helped me prioritize what to repair first. I also want to specifically thank Justin, who has been my service advisor. I truly appreciate him taking the time to fill in the gaps of what I need to know about issues with my car and for being upfront when he needs to ask someone else for answers. I needed an oil change and went on yelp and saw the great reviews so I scheduled an appointment. The staff is very nice, their is a nice waiting room equipped with drinks and snacks. My oil change only took about 30 minutes. I definitely will be coming back again. read more

I had to come here on a moment's notice when my car decided to go on the fritz, and the engine light came on. I did not want to get stuck on a busy road, so I veered to the closest safest place to park, and called a tow company. I used Yelp, and found that Honest was the closest auto repair company to where my vehicle was stranded. I decided to go with them. I was hoping they knew what they were doing, and hoping for well, an honest experience with them, as I know nothing about cars. They told me I had zero coolant (wow, zero??!) in my car, and apparently had a leak. I had a couple other things wrong as well, but they took really good care of me. For one, service was quick. I had dropped my car at the very end of their day, and they called me the next morning with the bad news. But on the flip side, they could repair it and get it back to me the next day. They even have a loaner car, but someone was already utilizing that unfortunately. They explained to me what the problem was, and what I should look for in the future should I get another leak. Service comes with a warranty, and they were very professional and proficient. The price tag was somewhat steep, but I knew there were some major things going on with my car. I have previously always taken my car up the road, but the service here was equally good, and again, appreciated their quick turn around time, because they appear to be a quick busy shop. In Atlanta, you can't be without a car, and I was just grateful to them for the good service and care they provided. Nice waiting room with clean bathrooms, snacks, and water.
