Mr Corey is the nicest man. He greets you with a big smile and try's to tell you what is going to happen while they have your car. The price of repaired is very reasonable. They are very practical and no nonsense. The parking lot has lots of parking. The whole area is busy during rush hour times (mourning and evening). They aren't super quick and it could turn out they need to keep your car overnight. read more

Corey's Auto Services - Auto Repair Near Me - Cumming, Georgia

Corey's Auto Services I read good review about Corey's Auto Service so I took my Honda CRV here for repair. I spent more than $2000 the last 5 months on this old car. They did quote me a better price for the alternator and battery back in January 2026. I end up need to take it back this month and cost me $1200 more for the water pump/coolant thermostat/drive belt tension replace. Bruce seems nice but I don't think he is as nice and professional as the review said. When I took the car in because the engine make noise, he said "leave it here and I will quote you tomorrow and it will be $140 or more for diagnostic" . He sent the quote the next day via text. When I called he just said the problem is in the quote don't even take time to explain the car problem and just brush me off. When I picked up the car, he just made me pay and say you all set don't even show me where the car is park so I can get it! Maybe they just too busy that they start having poor customer service! I don't think I would take my car back to this shop. read more

I have taken my cars to Corey's for oil changes, service and repair for years. They have always been fair, trustworthy, and reliable. Bruce is the face of Corey's in that he is the first one you usually interact with. The shop is always neat with the exception of the dismantling of a vehicle in repair. Oil changes are usually quick, especially in the morning. Prices are reasonable. Having a mechanic who is trustworthy, and reliable and seems to have my best interest in mind, not theirs is the reason Corey's has had my business for 10+ years. Grateful for their service to our community. read more

I've been using Cory's services for over 12 years. Cory provides excellent service Very fair pricing. Very honest read more

Always great service! They're honest from start to finish every time. Whether it's to say they can help with the last-minute oil change or not, or if they can really help with a repair of a certain vehicle, they'll be straight with you. read more

diagnose squeak. I called and they said come over. on a Friday afternoon. Took me in right away. Gave me a diagnosis. Metal against metal in rear brakes. All honest and simple straight talk. Gave me my options. (It gets tricky here because this is an rv on a truck and can't fit in a regular bay.) I respect Bruce so much I will do my best to use Cory's. Every time. read more

Love this place! The staff is always extremely friendly, trustworthy, and willing to help with anything I need. They treat both me and my car as if we were part of their own family. I really appreciate how they give honest advice and assess the problem as if it were their own vehicle. I always leave feeling confident that my car is in the best hands! read more

Excellent customer service. I brought my used truck with 185k miles in to have timing belts, plugs, coils, water pump changed. They looked up the history on line like a car fax service and saw that all had been performed by previous owner. They told me I could save my money! At least for now! Outstanding customer service and honesty! read more

By far the best and most honest auto repair shop in all Atlanta!! I've been using them for 20 years. Bruce and Victor Corey are the owners. They are both master mechanics and honest as the day is long long.... And very reasonable prices. And if it isn't broke, they will not fix it.!! This is a rare find.!! read more

Honest, professional and reliable. You won't get better service anywhere else. Been going to them for over 10 years and i won't take my vehicles anywhere else. read more

One of the best experiences I've had at an auto service shop. From the first time they picked up the phone and invited me in, to the time they handed me the keys after my service was completed, it was an all around great experience. Bruce has awesome customer service and knows how to communicate effectively with customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a no-nonsense shop to service their care. We will be bringing our other vehicles here for sure! Thanks Corey's Auto Service! read more

No idea how I haven't reviewed Corey's yet. 100% you should take your vehicle to Corey's. And you should feel good about it. And you shouldn't feel like you need to get a second opinion. I feel so good knowing that I have someone I can trust. When they tell me my car needs something, I know that it is truth. I don't question it anymore. Everyone that I know in the area takes their cars here. I know lots of people who know the Corey family personally. I drive from Canton to bring my car here. Best prices and service. Hands down. read more

I have waited 50+ years to find auto service this great. Forget your dealer. Corey's is not going to sell you something you don't need or replace or fix something that does not need it. read more

Another great service and care of my car this week by the Team at Corey's. Bruce and Victor are awesome to work with. Not only do they provide the best service at a reasonable price, their facility is spotless and our cars are always ready when promised. My wife and daughter both love dealing with the guys, they are treated with respect and kindness. I have never meet more honest car guys, anywhere. I have no hesitation recommending the guys. read more

Bruce is a top notch. Honest, timely and fair! You can't go wrong using Corey's Auto Service.

There's a reason they have such good reviews. Thank you so much Bruce for helping me with my hood today even though you guys were busy. I will continue to bring my business to you and refer others as always!! read more

I'm so blown away by my experience at Corey's Auto Service that I should probably wait until I calm down before I write this review. So, I'm asking for mercy and forgiveness, in advance, if this writing comes across as somewhat incoherent. But I'm the type of person that when I stumble across something that's really REALLY good...it's hard for me to keep it to myself! I want to share it with the world! (Actually, now that I think about it....I should probably hold on to this best kept secret just a little while longer BEFORE "the world" begins to descend upon Corey's Auto Service and I'm no longer able to take advantage of walking in without an appointment! Hmmmmm.....) So....for now...just keep this news "in your back pocket" and use it ONLY if you're running full on frustration and running out of patience with other auto repair servicers! So here's the deal. I read the YELP reviews prior to visiting and was convinced that the reviews were "fixed" and it was all a scam. There's just NO WAY an auto repair place could be rated FIVE STARS over 98% of the time! So, my intent was to prove my theory accurate and inform "the world" the "truth". So...I decided to visit the shop. I pulled up approximately 30 minutes before it was scheduled to open....just observing. Five minutes before eight they were unlocking the doors and ready to receive customers. O K......SHOWTIME! Now, I'd received several quotes to repair my brakes from other places. However, when Bruce presented his estimate to me, I thought he had transposed the numbers and left off a digit. (I mean, his quote for front and rear brakes AND rotors were INSANELY less than others who quoted me for just front brakes ALONE!) But I had decided his error was going to be my blessing and I was going to take FULL advantage of his error. So, I IMMEDIATELY instructed him to begin the work. When I went to pick my car up, I was already prepared for a "fight". I was NOT going to accept an apology about a misquote or error. Boy did I need to REPENT! Not only didn't he blink when he repeated the total cost of the brake job, but there were additional services performed on my vehicle WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES! Do I need to repeat that?!?! NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES!!! WHERE THEY DO THAT AT?!?!?! I think I spent a moment bawling (and repenting)!!! But it gets crazier.....he REFUSED my tip!!! WHAT?!?!? EXCUSE ME?!?!? That's right....they refuse tips!!! I don't know where these "Auto Angels" came from, but they have just become a permanent addition to my family!!! And all the 5-star reviews...they ALL probably wish they could rate higher! I know I sure do! Thanks ABUNDANTLY Bruce and Victor!!! I will sing your praises EVERYWHERE i go!!!!! read more

I have only used them once for straight service, so no 5-star yet. However, their review of my truck came across as thorough without giving me the "things must be fixed now" routine, so I am very happy. I also now have a plan for the next year to keep her in top shape. Bruce comes across as very knowledgeable and honest. read more

Excellent service advisor and quick affordable service. What else do you need. They did a great job on my daughter's Mazda3 brakes.

Bruce, Victor and their team are honest and hardworking. My whole family uses Corey's and we have a wide range of vehicles from a 1993 truck to a 2019 BMW. Corey's finds the parts and fixes anything. They really know cars! I wish they SOLD cars. They are a pleasure to do business with. read more

Great experience. Honest upfront pricing. Didn't pay for anything I didn't need. Bruce is awesome.

These guys are the best. Honest, reasonable and thorough. I came here for an oil change after warranty work was done at the dealership. They caught a critical error in the workmanship that could have destroyed my truck and recommended I bring it back to the dealer to get repaired. It was an obvious mistake when they pointed it out. I had already brought to the dealer 2 other times, and they just filled my fluids and sent me on my way. They now have a customer for life. read more

Unfortunately I have to write this because I feel like my family was pretty fucked over by Corey's. Before dropping my car off on Tuesday July 23rd we were told what part to get for my car to be fixed and we bought it. We dropped my car off that Tuesday and was told that it would be done by Friday July 26th. I understand sometimes things take longer than expected so that Friday we were told it wasn't going to be ready until Monday July 29th, obviously that wasn't the case either. Long story short the part that we bought wasn't the right one even though that is the one we were told to buy. So that Monday July 29th we were told the part wouldn't work and they were going to put the car back together just how it was when we dropped it off. Not only was the car not put back together the right way, it was completely un drivable (which it wasn't before) but we didn't know about this until we picked up my car almost 3 weeks later (after being told it would only take a couple days) to find out my car was completely broken and could no longer be driven. Of course we payed for everything that they did even though they made the car worse but i don't know it just sucks because I'm honestly just disappointed in the service we were given because we were told by so many people how great this place was and how quick they were. read more

Corey's is a great auto service center. They are very trustworthy and reliable. I've used them for over 15 years.

Had a brake issue far from home. They squeezed me into their schedule, examined the brakes, found replacement parts and made the repairs that day. Their estimated quote was not only reasonable (under the average costs online), but accurate based on listed online wholesale prices for parts. Would definitely use them again. read more

My daughter went to the local Jeep dealership and was told she needed brakes and rotors for the front. She was also told the rear brakes needed to done. They quoted her big $$$. We went to Corey's for a second opinion. Corey's agreed that the front brakes and rotors did need to be replaced. The back brakes were fine. The quote was very reasonable. When they did the job, they were able to save the rotors which saved my daughter significant money. That is true customer service!! We will be returning and sharing our experience with our friends. read more

I had been looking at buying a used Toyota Avalon from Versatile Collections, but I first wanted to have it inspected at Corey's Auto Service before I agreed to buying. So I drove it up to Corey's for an inspection. The mechanics at Corey's spent a good 30 minutes inspected the car up and down, letting me know the condition of every single part of the car, and of any future problems I may be looking at if I bought the car. And when they finished up, THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME A PENNY. Now that's true customer service. Thank you Corey's Auto! read more

The brothers Corey are wonderful! They always get me in quickly for an oil change. If they need to keep my car for the day, they provide transportation to me. They have helped me with filing for extended warranty repairs. I always trust them to suggest the low cost fix. My final cost often comes in less than originally quoted, so there are no surprises. I can't say enough great things about this team of mechanics, you won't be disappointed! read more
