(Kudos to Marshall and Wayne for trying!) We trusted this Express Oil location with oil changes and repairs since 2021. Unfortunately, a major repair in March 2025 revealed very serious issues. The shop installed aftermarket rear strut assemblies. Afterward, Honda performed an alignment and found the rear camber at -2.2° and -1.9°, outside factory specifications. Rear camber on this vehicle is not adjustable, so the geometry should fall within spec if the correct parts are used. Express Oil insists the parts are correct, even though the car cannot be aligned properly and now requires additional repair. Managers tried to reason with Regional Manager, but they declined replacing the part. The Managers are not allowed to provide Regional Manager contact information, so further communication must go through corporate. This same shop previously damaged the vehicle's oil-pan threads over time and a self-tapping screw was needed. Store managers, Marshall and Wayne, were polite and tried to help, but corporate policy blocked any real resolution. Because of this experience and the alignment results, I no longer trust their mechanical work. I recommend caution when having major repairs done here and suggest confirming all parts with the dealer before approving service. SO FRUSTRATED!

They have a free coffee bar for customers! Derrick and Nathaniel were our customer service representatives and they were helpful and allowed us to use our coupon we found online and they gave us an additional $10 off. How kind! The best thing is how unbelievably fast it was to get an oil change without an appointment. 20 minutes and they helped me out by offering additional services. After getting my approval, they put on new windshield wiper blades, cabin filter, and an air filter for the motor. The prices were quoted to me and they showed me the old dirty filters. Best of all the mechanics noticed my vehicle had a leaking rubber boot at the axle area. Which was great timing since my vehicle is within warranty and I can have the repair done free of charge at the dealership. I had called another shop about an oil change and they told me my car would have to be dropped off and I could pick it up in six hours. What a joke, no way. Having my oil changed and other items replaced in 20 minutes was a miraculous accomplishment!

I made my service appointment with Carly who was super friendly upon check in. She told me it would be approximately 2 hours. I was like no problem. The waiting area inside was nice and big. There were TVs, coffee, cold bottled waters, and some fresh popped popcorn. There was color books, toy cars, and etc for the little kids. Bathrooms were clean. I checked out the showroom had a nice variety of cars there. The sales employees were friendly and asked me if I needed help. A super friendly master technician offered to give my little kid ice cream which made his day! We spoke and he was super knowledgeable and nice. By this time, Carly came to tell me that my car was ready. It was actually finished a lot faster than I expected. They were running oil change specials where you can get them like for 3 for $200 or 2 for $145. Great prices for oil changes. I had a super great first experience here and can't wait to come back again. I definitely recommend this dealership if you need to bring your Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler/Ram to get serviced!

I've been coming to this shop for several months for oil changes and had always trusted them--until…read morenow. On my most recent visit, I asked if they could help replace the battery in my Volvo key fob, which wasn't working. I handed it directly to the person at the front desk. It wasn't damaged--just likely had a dead battery. But when they returned it to me, not only was the battery still dead, but the entire key fob was broken. I later had it inspected at a Volvo dealership, and they confirmed the internal components were cracked and beyond repair. The replacement cost? $850. I emailed the shop to explain everything and got no response at all. When I followed up by phone, I was told, "Well, we tried to help you," instead of taking any responsibility. No apology. No accountability. And frankly, no care. As someone who had been a repeat customer, I expected better. If your vehicle has a specialized or sensitive key fob--especially a Volvo--I highly suggest you go somewhere else.
