Just walking into the waiting room says a lot about the environment you're entrusting your investment at ~ the room is homey with its furnishings & the staff even bakes chocolate chip cookies fresh to add a personal touch while you wait on your vehicle. My oil change took a little longer than expected, but Brandon ended up giving me a small discount for it out of courtesy. I'm gonna have to say a big fat no to this place! I went in and told them that the average price…read morefor this is between $30-$50 and the other muffler shops wanted $80 to do what I wanted and I walked away from them. He had his tech lift the car up and look at what needs to be done. I asked what the prices are for weld and clamp, he said "he will take care of me" with everything I said above I assumed at worst $80 or under, and he started the work. I asked about 5-6 times during the work what the price is and didn't get an answer. Is wasn't until he finished he told me someone else handles the pricing. I found him and was quoted $150... And I owe it because I told him to start the work... I was very pissed... The tech then said "well it's to late now, it will cost more to put it all back." when I went to go pay he reduced it to $120, still not good. Avoid these guys.

They answered the phone within a few rings and in a very friendly way said to bring it. Upon arrival I was greeted and had all paperwork done within 5 minutes. I was told it would be about 20 minutes before they would be able to check the brakes. In 20 minutes I had their inspection findings. Since parts were had to be ordered I was told it might take 2-3 hrs.. two hours later I received a call that my car was ready. Pricing was good, Service was exceptional, the staff were friendly. What more could anyone want? Six stars on a five star rating system. This is the place that truly delivers more than what they promise.

I requested an oil change and a tire rotation. The last two times I've purchased this service, the…read morecost has been $56. Today I went in with a $50 gift card that had been sent out in a mass mailing by Speed themselves. First, they did not know what to do with the gift card. The man behind the desk told me, "Our marketing department messed up with this because it should not cover an oil change and tire rotation." But the card only says that it can be applied to any service over $50. Then the price magically went up to $109. When the $50 gift card was applied, the price dropped to $66, which is what I paid. I'm not Einstein, but . . . . Maybe I do not understand how a gift card really works. I walked away suspecting that I had purchased an oil change, but that I had given Speed a $10 gift card. The help assured me that I should be grateful because he had removed the entire cost for the rotation and labor, and there was no other category to remove from the bill. Their parting words of consolation were, "Well, at least you got your oil change and tire rotation out of the way." That I did.

Corey's Auto Services…read more I read good review about Corey's Auto Service so I took my Honda CRV here for repair. I spent more than $2000 the last 5 months on this old car. They did quote me a better price for the alternator and battery back in January 2026. I end up need to take it back this month and cost me $1200 more for the water pump/coolant thermostat/drive belt tension replace. Bruce seems nice but I don't think he is as nice and professional as the review said. When I took the car in because the engine make noise, he said "leave it here and I will quote you tomorrow and it will be $140 or more for diagnostic" . He sent the quote the next day via text. When I called he just said the problem is in the quote don't even take time to explain the car problem and just brush me off. When I picked up the car, he just made me pay and say you all set don't even show me where the car is park so I can get it! Maybe they just too busy that they start having poor customer service! I don't think I would take my car back to this shop.
