Professional Treatment - from everyone in the office from the moment I stepped inside the door. I was cheerfully greeted. They worked me in for diagnostics quickly. And even gave me a reminder call the day before. 2. The diagnostics - took only 1/2 day and they checked many things to be sure the problem was truly only the transmission. Ron was frequently in touch with me updating me on their findings and my options. He took time and thoroughly explained how and why my transmission was acting up. 3. Transmission options - Ron went over my various options of rebuilt transmissions and the warranties each offered. When I asked for his opinion, he gave it, but he never pressured me to choose one way or the other. He left it to me to decide. 4. Scheduled for work - I was scheduled quickly at my convenience for the work to be done. Ron told me to plan on a week, but it might take less than that. The work was done in 3 days. They had checked and replaced a small (and inexpensive) part on the brakes that needed replacing (which I had already known about). 5. Pricing - I thought was very reasonable and fair. I looked up the transmission prices and I was charged exactly that for the transmission. The cost for the work is standard. I felt I got very fair pricing. All in all, I felt I got the best quality care possible and I highly recommend this team of experts!

I arrived on time to find a different guy telling me that they wouldn't be able to look at it until 4pm! What the hell are appointments for then if they're going to park it all day? They were not very accommodating to a 73 year old grandmother with 3 kids in tow!

My electrical issue was a bit complicated to diagnose, but the technicians at CBA eventually duplicated the issue that I had. They quoted a price that made enough sense to me. My car was returned to me slightly over 24 hours later. This is very good timing without an appointment and with a complicated diagnostic issue. I have very little faith in mechanics at the moment, and I maintain a certain amount of skepticism. For now, without any evidence to the contrary, CBA did good work on my car for a reasonable enough price.

I'm giving you 5 stars because sometimes there may be easy fixes, and they may rate you highly but when you take a difficult problem and make it right that stands above all else. I will share my story.... we had our truck fixed here when the shop was run by different management and at that time they gave us a warranty. Well several months later the truck started running roughly again and we took it back in, but the management had changed and they were unfamiliar with the problem. This is when I think they earned their worth. They could have just said, sorry not my monkey, not my circus, but they said they would stand behind their work regardless. Replacing and fixing everything that needed to be done. I definitely recommend this place. They stand behind there work and are some straight up people.

When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

We were methodical about it... until we met the crew at Solo Motorsports. For the last 3 years now, we've had all of our service issues handled there and have never had a single complaint. They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible. They assured me that it would be an OEM part. The HPFP failed two and half years later and when the part was removed it was far from OEM, it was a cheap Vemo HPFP. I see this no different than stealing by promising and charging for OEM but using cheaper parts. I guess they assumed I would get rid of the car prior to finding out.
