By far the best customer service I have had in a long time!!!! Eldin, the general manager, went above and beyond for me! I drove up from Florida on Saturday and was helping a family member move. I ran over a huge screw and went to the closest tire store which was a Mavis. They looked at my tire and said it couldn't be fixed that o would have to replace it. But they didn't have my tire size so they called the closest Mavis to where I was staying and said I'd be fine driving there. I got a mile from the where the Mavis was when my tire blew! I called a tow truck and he dropped me off at Mavis. The lady there said that the other store got the tire size wrong and they didn't have the correct one. She wrote on a piece of paper the size I needed and I walked to Goodyear, just around the corner, and inquired about a tire. Eldin went out to my car, saw that the tire number she wrote on the piece of paper was wrong and said he could have one by the morning. I showed him a picture of the screw in my tire and he told me that it couldn't have been fixed!!!!!!! Long story short, he could see my frustration, pulled a few strings and got me a tire before the store closed. He wasn't there when I went back so I hope he reads this review. These guys did me a solid today. We all know how when it's cold outside our tire inflation measurements can act goofy. Mine were no different today and I stopped by to check my tires because my TPMS warning light was on and the gauge was showing some interesting air pressures. Come to find out, another Goodyear store had not reset my TPMS when having my tIres rotated. They quickly checked the tires, added and release air as needed and then recalibrated the TPMS. They have always done a great job- when I stop in for repairs or service. I feel like many shops will and do ttry to or will take advantage of you. My brakes were making a squeaking sound, thought I needed new pads. They did the inspection, and told me, the pads were still in good shape, it was just the dust. They fixed a tire with a nail. They interact with their customers- and know the meaning of customer service. You hear folks talking as you wait, because they feel the same way. Eldin and his team really do a great job! read more

I love this place, the guys there especially Eldin are so knowledgeable and do not bs you around. they stand by their work, and if it isn't done right they redo and have it done right. they are open all the time and especially on Saturdays, and they get things done. they have been so good to me and my son on his car which is 20 years old. and now it is in fine shape. they are all cordial, happy moods, good guys. the place is clean, they offer coffee, water and a tv. they go beyond. I appreciate these guys, I do not feel that I am taken advantage of like other places. they talk to me and listen. so I will continue to go to them. Eldin has been there so many years, and the new guys are really nice too. I hope they won't go away. I never made it home without having a flat on my brand new tires and I bought Goodyear brand name tires too! I had to get them to come rescue me and help me get back to the store. But, shockingly after buying tires that were not cheap (!) they just replaced a tube and did not give me a new tire. Now, a year later, I still get "low tire pressure" readings all the freaking time!!!! read more

We were on our way from PA to go camping about a half hour from this place and we were about an hour away from our destination and had a blowout on the rv. Needless to say we limped to a gas station to fill a flat spare and called a few places when we finally made it to the campground. We came across these guys in our research and my husband called and they were extremely friendly and had us in the very next day, and did both tires and an oil change. In about an hour. We went back to the campground to find a nail in another one of our rv tires and went back to them and Eldin of course recognized us bc we were there earlier that same day. We told him the situation and it was no rush bc we knew they were busy but he went right out and replaced our 3rd tire immediately. We can't thank Eldin and his team enough. The guys over at Goodyear on Russel Road do an excellent job. They are a full service shop, not just tires and oil changes. Friendly management and very helpful with all their customers. This location is easy to miss, since most people don't see it from Buford Drive. Great location to establish as your regular service provider if you live or work in the Lawrenceville/Buford area. read more

I'm back here for them to finish a job they should have done right the first time. We ordered tires the day before told him to put the two new tires on the front and rotate and balance and put the best two used tires on the back. Well they decided that one they're just going to change the tires not a problem they upgraded the tires cuz they didn't have the ones we wanted. The problem is they've decided that they're going to put the tires on the back and tell us that they do what they want and not with a customer wants. Managers decided to tell me this out of his mouth that is their corporate policy yet when the order was placed they said nothing when the car was brought in the next day they said nothing oh and PS the district manager doesn't return phone calls. I guess he's a little sissy boy. So I would not let your senior parents or your females come here cuz it seems like they just aren't so honest read more

My husband and I live a good hour away but decided to make the trip after speaking with Frank D. on the phone. He was most accommodating and eager to earn our business. You see, I had had a horrible blow out the day before. Tried to make it home, but just 1/4 mile away, I realized the tire was gone and I was driving on the rim. Just terrible. I was ready for a good thing to happen and Frank got the tires we needed the very next day. He promised to have them by 3 pm and he did not disappoint. Also, he gave us a great deal on the set and had us ready to go in just around 1.5 hours. Frank was attentive and made us feel like we were the most important customers of the day. We could say many more positive things about the outstanding customer service, but it would take too long. Very nice customer service and quick service. However, after I got a new battery installed the check engine light came on. They said it was from something they didn't touch (apparently a hose is broken) and even said that whoever did my oil change (at another car repair place) must have have caused the issue (my oil change was over 8 months ago and my light never popped on) now my check engine light is on unless I pay $140 to get the hose replaced. I'm not blaming but my light wasn't on prior to this visit :-/ read more

The service if fairly quick and fairly friendly. But that is about where the good experience stops. I understand that these places make money from doing repairs. However, this place is the classic sleaze ball place that will make up things that "really need to be done". Every time I go they claim my brakes, both front and rear, are worn over 90%. I am fully convinced if you purchased a brand new vehicle in the Mall of Ga area and drove straight over here and were able to cover up the mileage, they would find 15 things that need to be "fixed" on your car and would certainly claim the brakes were down to their last 10% of life. I only keep coming back because I purchased tires here and as part of that package, they rotate the tires for no additional charge (Note I did not say free because it is already priced in with your tires at time of purchase). I am good at saying no to mechanics. If that is a weakness of yours, unless you are independently wealthy and loose with your money, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. read more
