Told me he could have the part within a few hours and I'd have my car back around lunchtime. He kept his word. He was honest, upfront and reasonable. My car now runs beautifully. For giggles, my husband called the dealership to get pricing for the same work and was quoted over 40% more and they would have my car for 2 days!!! Before selling my car, I decided to get a second opinion at CarMax. They found nothing wrong with the engine and ended up buying the car from me for $7,000. Being given incorrect information in that situation caused unnecessary stress and financial impact. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before accepting major repair advice from this shop. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.
