He was trying to be thoughtful and taking care. As I drove the car the next morning, I started noticing a burning smell. We thought a little had spilled on the engine or something so I continued on. Then the smoking began, and then the oil began spurting out from under the hood onto my windshields, mirrors and. running down the hood. I was hysterical, on the phone with my husband. I didn't know where I was, but finally found a dealer and pulled in in a panic, smoke billowing out, oil everywhere. The service manager raised the hood and said he needed my camera to record this because of the negligent way the service was handled previously the day before. The oil cap was not on, oil coated my entire under the hood mechanical stuff, leaking under the car etc. They checked the oil and said if I had gone even a mile further my engine would have seized up and been ruined! They tried to clean it up a bit, rechanged the oil, checked the engine and they amazingly put the oil cap back on! For additional charge of course. Now we are trying to get recompense from Mavis and they are giving us the runaround. I had a panic attack on the road and nearly missed two important meetings with attorneys to deal with our family crisis and this fiasco did nothing to help during such a stressful and upsetting time. But I guess they don't care.

My tire pressure light came on after getting some work done on my car and going through the car wash and so I stopped by as it was close to Buford High School. He checked all 4 tires quickly and found one had a little low pressure which he resolved quickly. They also offer oil changes and tire alignment.
