I have had a horrible experience with this shop. I have had my car there in one way or another for 4 months. while my kids missed drs appointments and one of their mechanics has made my life extremely difficult. The owner told my mother and myself that if he couldn't fix it, they would. Well if they don't help him fix it now. I mean I feel like I am going to have to get lawyers involved. If you are not capable of doing what you say, then you shouldn't leave a mother with two kids who have kids with medical issues stranded for months. I needed 4 new tires and usually go to discount tires but this time they didn't have the tire i wanted so I called around and found the Goodyears I wanted at Tire discounters. The deal I got was awesome 4 tires, free oil change, free alignment , and thanks to their partnership with the Braves got $50 off because the Braves hit two home runs last night. They quoted me the total price with everything out the door and a time to do the work. I did not opt for the extended warranty. This location did good work and got a great deal. There's nothing like leaving the house to run some errands and your tire pressure light comes on. I knew immediately I had to find a tire shop to fix the issue. I stumbled upon tire discounters on Sugarloaf Parkway and I was able to be seen very quickly. Ronnie, the general manager was able to check my car in and make sure everything was functioning. I found out that I had a nail in my tire and this is why the light was on in my vehicle. Everyone at this location had amazing customer service. The store location was very clean and the restrooms were amazing. The parking at the location has a lot of space and they also have handicap parking. I would definitely recommend this store location if you need work done on your vehicle. I will definitely stop by again in case of any emergencies. This review is for the Tire Discounters at 1093 Scenic Highway S, Snellville GA. I was scheduled to have a wheel bearing replaced on 06/13/2025 which was supposed to take no more than 4 hours. The appointment started out good, then it took a turn for the worst. The Manager started coming over to give me updates (needing other parts, received the wrong parts and waiting on parts). This went on until 5:00pm. I left the shop at 5:15pm without my vehicle and the promise of it being ready on 06/14/2025. I called Lyft to pick me up and take me home, on 06/14/2025 I was given a call to say my car was ready, when I arrived the manager pretended to do a good deed and comp the fee due to the visit was a disaster. When I left, I was very appreciative and grateful. I forgot if it seems to good to be true it normally is, on 06/16/2025 my car started making a loud shaking noise, it sounded like the tire was coming off. I took my vehicle to an auto shop close to my home, and they advised me the wheel bearing that was supposed to be repaired was not. I reached out to the Manager to let him know what was happening. He advised me he watched his tech complete the repairs as promised, he stated it was probably a defective part, when I asked which side was completed he said BOTH, which was not true. The invoice I received said 1 HUB for 1 side, also on the previous estimate it also showed 1 side and 1 part. NOW my car is worse than when I took it to this shop on 06/13/2025. I am having to use Lyft to get around until I can I can have an honest auto shop repair my vehicle. I NOW understand why the manager said he would comp my visit, it was because they didn't fix the vehicle. It is hard to believe an auto shop can and will allow a customer to drive an unsafe vehicle knowing it very dangerous to drive a car that cause a serious accident. I contacted the Manager to let him know I was told by another auto shop the Wheel bearing was not The Manager asked me to bring my vehicle by so they could check it out. I'm sorry, why would I trust you with my vehicle when you have proven to be dishonest. I hope something happens before a customer is seriously injured. read more

Took my Audi Q8 to get 4 new tires and they gave me a free oil change and alignment because of a promotion, so everything was cool went to get the car whenever they told me it was ready , got there they didn't do the oil change because they were waiting for a new filter that didn't arrived on time , took it back on a Saturday around 3pm they said it was ready for pick up so I went there got the car went home after a while but something told me look under the hood just in case I'm glad I did bunch of the hoses were unplugged and not connected correct, the big Audi engine cover was loose and one of the clips was broken and missing, went back ther on Monday and they put a new guy to work on a $80k car , no care or responsibility at all for people's car . Just bought four new tires and had my brakes serviced by the wonderful guys at Tire Discounters, and feel very comfortable recommending them to others. The manager, Curtis, is a friendly gentleman who kindly reduced the charges for labor because of my wait (which didn't feel that long to me!) I came in because two tires needed changing, but he was honest about two being able to make it another six months or so. I went ahead and did all four for the free alignment, but I appreciated that he was clearly not trying to up-sell me. All of the guys I interacted with were also very friendly, and I felt comfortable in there with them. I'll absolutely go back to Tire Discounters whenever I need assistance in the future! read more

I was one of the first customers in the shop today, just getting 2 front tires replaced, dude told me it'll be an hour, I said cool. Two and half hours later.... Not one word, went to the employees and asked what's going on with my car and he tells me it's been done. Why the heck would you not tell me it's finished. Don't take your car there. I should call the police but apparently they won't be able to do anything. Long story but just take my word for it! They told me I had 4 dry rotted tires and needed 4 new tires. I took it somewhere else & I in fact do not have dry rotting tires. I just have a nail/slow leak in ONE tire. Oddly enough, the prior time they serviced my car they told me my treads were gone & that was why i needed 4 new tires then allegedly. They are scammers! If you're a Georgia resident, then you know the weather is constantly changing around this time of year. My tire light came on earlier in the week, but the pressure never rose. I stopped by after work and was greeted by two smiling men. I told them I needed air, and they jokingly asked if I needed "premium air" due to the vehicle I was in! LOL! We laughed it off! They completely disregard everything the customer says. I just got my brakes done less than 2 weeks ago and my brakes are already acting up and I heard them squeaking this morning! I will never take my car here again. And I've been coming here for years. New management sucks. They have no idea what their doing. The technicians look like they barely know what their doing. Take my advice do not go here! Even with an appointment they'll take all day. Their more worried about how many customers they can get rather than doing things right. read more

They switched management and ever since then things are going down hill, yesterday I took my car up there and spoke to Ronnie before i arrived I just wanted my breaks looked at AGAIN even though I just had them fixed a week prior and there still acting funky. Ronnie said over phone that they'll be able to take care of it which was a lie. I told him I need my car for the rest of the week and he can't keep in overnight but guess what he told them to do anyways KEEP IT OVER NIGHT totally disregarded what I said almost 3 times I didn't want to leave my car with them overnight. This customer was highly unsatisfied and I will not be bringing my car back ever. They tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. I suggest take your business else where! read more
