I needed rear brake pads done on my BMW and called around to get quotes and this place with its great reviews and low prices won the job. The actual experience matched the reviews. I was able to schedule online and bring it in a few days later. They were waiting for me and had the parts already ordered. The interior of the shop was clean and welcoming, with a work desk and fridge of complimentary drinks. There was also a couch and some regular chairs. The phone chargers were a nice touch as well. My car was ready a bit after they promised later in the day and I picked up with no issues. They are super friendly and you will get a great price. read more

I highly recommend Alex Auto. Honest and knowledgeable evaluation of my vehicle, very clean waiting room, friendly and informative service.

The only auto shop I'll ever go to. Alex is a great guy, and genuinely loves what he does. Always honest and up front about what needs to be done, more than fair pricing, and consistently stellar work. read more

Have been going to Alex Auto for a while now - they are so respectful, kind, and honest. I've had big and small repairs done here with no issues. I have referred several people to this business due to the quality of work and fair prices. I never feel like they are selling/up-charging. They are very communicative throughout the entire process. I trust Alex and his employees more than anyone else in the area to work on my car! read more

Go to Alex Auto and you'll see Alex...in the bay, working on cars. He knows exactly what's going on in his business because he's actually there doing it making sure all the quality is top notch. I can always trust his pricing and diagnostics. read more

Alex. very great, honest and very good work. Very clean shop with proper professional personnel.

My car had serious (electrical/mechanical) issues that left me stranded and was a nightmare for anyone to deal with. Alex Auto diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, explaining everything clearly and patiently. They completed the repairs and communicated throughout the process, ultimately working with me on the costs. I'm incredibly grateful for their professionalism and expertise, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair...especially if it's a difficult repair. Hands down one of the best auto shops, I've ever taken a car too. Thank you! R.M. read more

Alex Auto Inc. - Auto Repair Near Me - Roswell, Georgia

Good service, available when needed, fair price. Provided a receipt after service. Glad they are close to Alpharetta

Extremely satisfied with Alex Auto. Needed maintenance done after hitting 100k miles on my Honda Accord, which includes quite a few services. I called multiple shops and Alex got pricing back to me the fastest and it was the most reasonable by far. He is very communicative throughout the process and my car was ready the next day. Happy to have found a reliable mechanic. read more

I would like to highly recommend Alex Auto for their efficiency and honesty. I drive a Mazda CX5 and called their shop after being told by my dealership that they could not just replace the bulbs but had to replace the entire passenger headlamp at a cost of $2440. Not only did Alex take me in when I arrived, they replaced the bulbs in both headlamps, saving me $2000. While waiting on my vehicle, I chatted with another client who has been using Alex Auto services for 27 years. talk about a vote of confidence. read more

I had front rotors and brakes replaced. Their customer service is top tier! The staff is very professional and personable! Customer experience is very important and they did not disappoint. 10/10 read more

I Continue to support and recommend Alex Auto! My 2020 Mustang Ecoboost was making a constant noise and I was so worried it was going to break down. I took time off work to come to Alex Auto because they are honest and reliable. Turned out to be something that is not detrimental to the driveability of the car. Unfortunately, it isn't in my budget to replace this right now but I have peace of mind! They also helped me out with another car issue that day and made my day amazing. V read more

This shop will not give me the cost of repair for replacing an engine starter. Even though I told them that I have a diagnostic from the dealer, they still want me to bring the car for diagnostic first. I just want to know how much it will cost to replace the starter, but they want give me a price. Do your research before getting stuck with a repair shop that will not give an upfront cost for repairs. read more

I haven't had my car serviced here yet, but when it's time, I will return to this shop. Every other repair shop wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of $125. I called Alex Auto and explained what was going on with my car. Raphael told me to pull up and don't worry about a diagnostic fee. I went right away in case he changed his mind. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome. They pulled my car in right away and had me go back to look under the hood with them! Long story short, I was turned away due to them working with integrity. After speaking with Alex and Raphael, no work was recommended. Everything checked out good! Alex advised me to fill my tank with premium occasionally even though my car uses regular. I filled it up with premium immediately, and I can definitely tell the difference in the way my car drives!! Alex Auto is the Chick-fil-a of repair shops!! read more

I'm writing this review in 2023 but I've been coming to Alex for over 10 years now & the service is top notch .. I could go on & on from my family & I as well as others. Recently Alex & John got my new used car purchase up to speed with no hesitation. The car drives beautifully & I will be back for more necessary work! This shop is very meticulous & will spot exactly what the car needs to get it up to OEM spec. Also his water cooler selection is pretty dope too !!! read more

100% recommend. I went to the BMW dealership across the street and they would have charged double for the services Alex did (plus the service advisor I got just wasn't great). Alex was honest, showed us the pieces he was changing out (our filter was terrible!) and did it on time and for the price he quoted over the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my BMW back here or any European car. Fantastic all the way around. read more

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9. They gave me a 2 PM appointment and I was out by 2:25. Very comfortable waiting area and everyone was kind and professional. Will be using them regularly! read more

I love Alex Auto, I decided to check them out solely on the review of a fellow Yelp Elite member, Daniel B, and I was not disappointed! I sent an email where on pricing and added additional queries and witching 48 hours I received a response from the owner. I instantly booked an appointment. The service was great, the work performed was great, 5 stars! read more

Calling All BMW owners...I'm so excited that I was Blessed enough to decline United BMW Dealership's overbooked wait and overpricing only to see Alex Auto Inc almost across the street in Roswell, Ga. Alex, the owner greeted us immediately made availability to repair my car on the spot, Eric at United BMW quoted me $300 to repair my low-beam bulb, even after confirming BMW of Kansas had only charged me $80 for the same repair on my 2015 328i he maintained $300 to include several hours wait, fortunately for me I didn't have the time to waste, upon exiting BMW, Alex Auto Inc was almost across the street and I not only saved massive time but I also saved a tremendous amount of money. Alex was not only Kind, Trust-worthy, Professional, Courteous and Quick but he was Extremely Fair, he charged me less than $60 for my entire repair. His staff of mechanics are also extremely reliable, trustworthy and personable. If you're in the market for a Phenomenal repair shop, please do yourself a favor and see and experience what Alex Auto Inc and his staff can offer. They'll ensure your time or money is Never taken for granted or wasted. read more

I had a wonderful experience. The service was great, the wait room was very clean and pleasant. Alex was very welcoming and quoted me a price and stuck with it. He also told me about my bad tires, which he had nothing to gain since he does not sell tires. I will be back. read more

I had a great experience at Alex Auto, Inc., in Roswell. I recently bought a used BMW that had been serviced by them in the past. They performed the necessary work and advised against work that I thought might be needed. Their diagnostic and mechanic work is superior, their customer service and communication is great, and clearly they are not out to gouge or take advantage of their customers. They've been in business since 1994 and understand how to keep happy customers who trust them and keep coming back. read more

Nothing but top of the line mechanics here. Raphael is very helpful as well as very personable. Love this place!

Great honest guy. I do recommend him to my friends and trust him with daughters cars and my Porsche. Hard to find a highly skilled totally honest mechanic! read more

Took BMW 335i in for oil change and diagnosis/repair of noise. Fair price, great communication, and fast service. It turns out the noise was a common problem of a damaged brake cable guide clip causing rubbing against the driveshaft. I do some repairs myself but in this case was happy to let the experts take care of it. It's taking me too long to discover Alex Auto after trying many other auto repair shops. I will definitely return. read more

Alex is the only mechanic I trust. I've been using Alex Auto for over a decade and they've worked on my last 3 vehicles. Alex has saved me a lot of money, and he has never once let me down. I would highly recommend Alex Auto! They were very friendly and helpful for a reasonable price. I didn't have a major issue with my vehicle, but they were very helpful with the issue nonetheless. I will definitely return here should I need car help again! read more

I'm giving five stars for: customer service, helpfulness, and for just being good humans. Alex auto doesn't service the type of vehicle I drive, but management was very helpful in finding someone who could. Their recommendation was wonderful and the place they referred me to knew exactly what the car needed. Thank you for being a stand-up kind of business Alex Auto! read more

Alex is hands down the best. I bring my 911 Turbo here for every oil change... Especially after having it serviced at Hennessy Porsche, where somehow they managed to put the back end on incorrectly. Don't ask me how a Porsche dealership messes that one up, but they did... I can't recommend Alex and his team enough! read more

Last year I had some work done on my car as a result of an accident. Their pricing was accurate and did not try to sell me on anything else. the place is clean and they are very professional. On a personal note: We had a kitten (that my wife and I found and were bringing back with us) that got behind the dashboard of my car. We had no way of getting him out. I then decided to take them to an auto body shop and see if they can do something. Well by the time I got to the shop the kitten had moved. He was very quiet and so we could not tell if he was alive or dead. They eventually found him (1 hour later). He got up and into the seat, One of the mechanics thought he was so cute that he wanted to adopt him right there. And so the story ends. The mechanic adopted him. What a bunch of nice and caring people. read more

Alex is amazing! I went to bmw for an issue with my car after an oil change. After attempting to charge me for the diagnosis without tell me, I left. I will be back for all of my car issues (although I'm praying to not ever have any ever again)! read more
