I took my car into EJ's for what looked like a small damaged area around the antenna and a window module repair. I was very clear when we brought it in for them to look at what needed to be done. They quoted $1442.75 to repair everything. I thought it sounded a little high, but I found them on Yelp and they had some good reviews. I told them to proceed with the repairs and left my car with them. A few days after I told them to proceed, they called to tell me that they forgot to include some parts in the initial quote and that the new price would be $1790.02. When I came to pick up the car several days later, I was further stuck with a non-cash fee of $62.65. I can't believe that businesses operate like this...charging fees for paying with a credit card without disclosing that from the beginning. On top of all of that, the repair was subpar to say the least. It was unprofessionally done; they probably put too much bondo on the area and when I came to pick it up, it was all cracked. I showed it to one of the employees and he acknowledged that it was not done properly. I asked to talk to the owner, but was told he was not available. I asked to have him call me, but I have yet to hear from him. I had high hopes for this shop! But they ended up being like every other shady auto repair shop! BUYER BEWARE! read more

The absolute BEST body shop! I took my car to several other body shops for quotes. Eddie not only gave me the best price but the fastest turnaround time. He was also transparent in what the insurance companies' time frames were. He covered my deductible and didn't ask for a penny until all the work was done. My white van looks like it's brand new again! He repaired the whole right side that had been hit by two hit and runs and one car that backed a trailer into my bumper. While I was getting a quote they noticed my door handle was stuck & they repaired without charge. These guys are miracle workers. When my 17 year old had kind of a severe fender bender in his 2013 Mazda 3 that we had to pay out of pocket to repair, I took it to Eddie and said do the best you can for the least money to make it safe to drive. The car is a beater driven by a teenage boy. He said "you got it." When I picked the car up today I could hardly believe my eyes. It looks brand new and the cost was affordable. Thousands less than the other quote i got from a national brand collision center. Extremely impressed. Highly recommend. 13/10 Next time I need a body shop (and with two teenage boys there will be a next time), I'll take my business back to EJ Collision. OH-- and it was done two days early! I came here for a complete paint job on a 2008 tahoe after getting four estimates from a number of other places. I even went to Maaco just to get a feel for what the price and quality would be. They have a pretty office, but the quality was not there and the price, wasn't much of a difference. I like to do my homework and shop around. I like to read reviews which this place did not have, but after looking at some of the work they did and speaking with the owner, I felt good. The work here was great and so was the service and price. From my research the paint (Standox) quality is good. These guys were thorough! They took off the emblems, lights, mirrors, hood and door handles and properly painted my vehicle. They even sent me a few pictures throughout the process. The office space is not fancy, but that's not what I came here for. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Five stars doesn't do these guys justice. Long story short, my 2008 4Runner developed rust along the top of the windshield, due to as I ultimately discovered was an incorrectly installed windshield. These technicians repaired the damage and installed a new windshield for MUCH less than other "reputable" shops were asking for. Most importantly, the quality of their body and paint work was absolutely perfect. Also, my vehicle was ready a day earlier than promised, which was nice.
