Christiaan did a fantastic job. The reason I went to see him is because I had a door ding in my driver's door and 1 in the passenger door. I also had some paint that had rubbed off on my car from another car opening their door into me. After inspecting my 5 month old car as I always do when I park I noticed 2 small dents in the driver side door. An inebriated gentleman on a bicycle ran into the front of my 2017 Ford F250 truck, the handlebar of the bike putting a crease into the edge of the RF fender. The next morning he offered to pay for the repair and I told him I'd have it done if it could be done using paintless dent repair techniques, as I didn't want bondo and aftermarket paint on the truck. David explained that aluminum repairs in this area of the truck would be difficult, as the metal is rather thick and reinforced from behind. He said he would not charge me if he couldn't make it at least 80% better. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to take on a difficult project. To make a long story short David did a great job removing the dent - you have to know where to look to find any slight remaining sign of the damage. While he was at it he also removed a slight shopping cart ding on the RF door free of charge. Needless to say, I highly recommend David's business. Well, I went to this dent repair company because he had an indoor facility and 5/5 reviews...well, I had to give the owner 5/5 because he was that good. I pulled into his garage which the floors you could practically eat on and he walked around the car. I told him exactly where the dent was and he was very careful and touching my car. I'm the guy that parks a mile away and wash my own car...so when I found a dent on it...I was furious. David was really a nice guy and offered me a drink in his refrigerator from Dr. Peppers to water. He said grab whatever I wanted. So he made me feel welcome right from the first time I met him. He worked on my Audi for about 10 minutes which was in some cases faster than getting an oil change in my opinion and it was gone. What is it about a new car that attracts trouble? My POS highlander that I had for years never had any scratches or dents, but I buy a brand new car and all of the sudden I have people opening car doors into it, etc. I wanted to get rid of the obvious dents so it can look a bit more "new car-ish". I'm sure it's going to get hit again, but hopefully not for awhile. I called D&D to ask around how much it would run. He gave me a ballpark estimate, but said I could come in for a free estimate which would be more accurate so I made an appointment. He was waiting for me when I arrived, immediately looked the car over, and told me he could do both dents for $150. One was pretty deep and the other was close to the edge of the car door which meant he couldn't get the dent fully out. He told me this after giving me the estimate, but I still chose to have him try. He said it would look about 70% better. I personally think it's more like 80%. The other dent is completely gone. David worked quickly and there was a nice personal seating area to wait in with free coffee, tea, and soft drinks. He even had milk for my tea. I always thought that spending money to remove dents seemed ridiculous, but now that I have a fresh new whip I want to keep it looking classy (with a K) for as long as possible. If I get any more dents (let's hope not) I will be sure to head back to Dents and Dings for David's expertise. read more

I had lease on an Infiniti that was coming to maturity, and three weeks before it was due I came out of Costco to find a large dent in its rear quarter panel. After going to a body shop nearby and getting a quote for $800, I decided to shop around a little bit. Luckily I came across this Yelp page and decided to reach out to David. I usually don't write a review on Yelp, but I really satisfied with David and his service, so I am leaving one. I made an appointment via phone, and visited the location (you need to go inside of the mall after you arrive to the address) around my lunch hour. I have visited several body shops to get quotes previously. They usually recommend me to just let dents as they are (since they weren't very cheap to repair, and weren't really that bad - I had one (pretty noticeable) on each right and left doors, and one on a hood), or quoted me more than 200 bucks PER dent. I found David on Google and Yelp, and I honestly didn't expect much, but the service was PHENOMENAL! He removed dents within 40 minutes, and also charged less than 180 bucks for ALL THREE panels! I decided to drive from Buford to Alpharetta based on the great reviews David has received. From the moment I arrived till I left, he has been very professional, patient and friendly. His shop is spotless! I have a 2012 BMW 328i that has 3 dings. He was honest in telling me that 2 of the 3 can't be removed because of the location and thickness of the metal, but he removed the one on my hood which cut thru my 3M bra (thank goodness for the 3m!). Afterwards, you can't tell there was ever a ding. To even more of my surprise, he didn't charge me for the small ding on my hood since I drove all the way from the Mall of Georgia area and it was rather small. I must say, I'm grateful for his generosity and professionalism. The customer service was light years beyond my expectations, as I wasn't expecting anything on the level of a 5-star hotel. David should teach a course in customer service as he was very attentive, from the initial phone call to post car walk-through. This was worth the 30 minute drive and I saved quite a bit compared to other quotes I received from closer dent repair shops. David is a very knowledgeable and honest business man. He will tell you, up front, what he can and cannot do for you. I came in with some self-inflicted dents, half of them small and very deep. He fixed the shallow dents perfectly and did as much as he could on the deep dents. After taking it to a detailer David recommended, the deep dents were practically gone. The only way to tell that the deep dent was there is if you already knew where it was and inspected the spot carefully. I highly recommend this place for your dents and dings. David was great! He met me outside of the shop as I pulled up. I had two pretty bad dents in my car. He assessed them and told me what he could do. He said one was in a tricky area near the gas tank, so he wouldn't be able to make it perfect, but he could improve on the look where only I really would know it was there. He was right! He did great work. He did the work in less than 45 minutes while I waited in his waiting area. He has soft drinks, bottled water, a coffee machine, car magazines, seating and even a table if you need to do work at. I went to Maaco to get an estimate going the bondo/repainting route.
