I selected this business based on reviews online recently. The other drivers insurance paid for my repair and the process to schedule the work was very simple. I worked with Sabrina over the phone and brought my Subaru in on a Tuesday. The insurance company also paid for a rental car which was right across the street! I also learned I could just drop off and leave the rental car here when the work was completed on my car and was picked up. I had a call from Justin in the shop the next day with a progress update. All going well and additional work was already approved by the insurance claim Adjuster. My concern was with the 'EyeSight' feature as the front end boo-boo may have effected the stereo cameras on the Subaru and disabled the cruise control, lane adjustment, etc. Justin was aware and confident a system refresh would get them working again (which he was 100% correct about) Saturday morning I received my second call from Justin that my vehicle was ready. I confirmed I would be over in the afternoon to retrieve it. All went perfect! Very efficient operation they are running here. read more

Last week I was on I-85, headed north to NC for work meetings when the car ahead of me ran over what I assumed to be a block of wood. There was nowhere for me to go, no maneuvers to avoid getting hit- and it was a massive thud. I thought to myself, this is going to be super painful and costly. I got out of the car at a safe spot and noted the damage. It wasn't the end of the world, but as I kept looking closer more items became clearer. The coup was when I noticed one of the cameras was pushed in and possibly broken. We have had some bad luck with insurance and accidents so I called to get an estimate and they had me walk in today. I met up with Noah Chapman immediately, and we walked through what happened. As we were talking, Noah started fiddling around with the bumper, and I wasn't paying attention but he basically put the camera sensor pieces back together! Then the bumper was put back into place with a slight adjustment. Without testing the camera on the spot- he basically turned what I assumed was going to be a self-pay accident claim into cosmetic damage that I can live with. I asked him to still write up an estimate for replacing the grill, and also if we wanted to get the bumper worked on, replaced, or painted up. The estimate came back reasonably, and if I was in a better spot I'd probably pay to fix the cosmetic damage. But- as we know things are tight with the market and inflation so I opted to wait. If the time comes and I need to get work done on any of the vehicles in my family- I am ABSOLUTELY coming here to this location and working with Noah. Professional, friendly, humble- made me feel much better about this situation than I did last week. I cannot recommend Noah enough. I went home and weighed the cost of fixing the car (with the assumption it will likely happen again sometime in the future) versus living with minor cosmetic damage. Support independently owned businesses! They had a number of partner plaques showing the insurance companies and brands of cars they service- which there was barely enough wall space to do so. Garage Kept 2019 Honda CRV. Once on their calendar they finished the work faster than promised with excellent workmanship. I can't find any flaws or short-cuts. They worked directly with USAA to adjust and cover additional parts and labor found in the shop. I can honestly say the car is like new again. Recently had our car there due to an accident with a deer. The service was outstanding even the coordination between them and Safe Lite to replace the windshield removal and replacement. Justin is the service manager I was dealing with and everything was done very professionally. He was very upfront and accurate with his scheduling and estimates. He called 3-4 times during the 9 days it was in the shop before it was completed. Car was ready to go as promised when he said do. All the work was completed the first time with no mistakes. I had my insurance co set up the delivery of my car for repairs. I was called by Cumming collision on a Monday, to confirm that they were expecting my car the next morning. I went by about 11am to check on my car and was told by Justin that he had refused to accept my vehicle because they were just too busy. I objected because i now had an extra wrecker charge after they had agreed to the delivery time. Justin was unprofessional, rude and verbally combative. It was obvious that he just did not care. I have rarely encountered a business with a manager who is hostile to customers. I will never use them again. read more

Honest and upfront! Walked in after having someone do a hit and run on my truck to see what they could do. Tim was at front office and heard me talking. Took so long i had to pay out of pocket on a van rental. Got back, had StateFarm look at it, had Diminished Value of Georgia inspect it. All said good. I just side swiped a guard rail on the highway passing through on a road trip. I'm from out of state and basically need the car to be in a safe, drive-able condition until I get to my destination. I pull up here and get an estimate-- but it's not feasible to get the work done instantly without certain parts. Instead, Justin (the owner's son) offered to remove any loose, flapping parts on the car & sturdy it up for the long drive FREE OF CHARGE (knowing he will not see me again). While he's providing this stellar service, another employee runs out a cold bottle of water for me since it's a hot day. After Justin finished (& refused payment for the third time), I told him I'm going to let the internet know how great this place is (& he hadn't even heard of yelp). If you need work done- go here. Justin T called less than 24 hours earlier to let me know to bring my car in to Cumming Collision Center. When I called he had no recollection of the call. This was the 5th time calling their company after being referred to by a insurance company. I was told that they could not help me after receiving the earlier call. Justin T has 0 customer service skills and needs training in this area. He was disrespectful and chastised me as the customer. I definitely took my business else where. read more

If I could leave zero stars I WOULD! By far the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I stopped by to get an estimate for some damage done to my vehicle. At first it seemed as if they did NOT seem interested in doing the estimate for me at all. After a few pictures were taken by one of their "professionals" he instructed me to email him the ones that I had already taken. Then stated he submit the estimate and would follow up with me the following week to try and squeeze me in the busy schedule. Four days pass and nothing....not a call or email. I reach back out to him an he said quote "not going to be able to get you in the schedule this week but I have you down for Monday"..... Monday morning arrives and I call only to find out that he never put me down on the schedule nor did anything with any of the pictures he collected. I've been rear ended twice and both times took my car here. The staff is very friendly, they seem glad to be working there, they're very supportive, and they're unaffiliated with the insurances that were covering me. They gave accurate estimates and stood up for me when it came to getting the repairs covered by the at fault parties' insurances. The repair jobs have consistently been high quality and my car came back out looking good as new both times. read more

Have been here twice since Apr 2016 for two separate rear ends on my Jag F-Type. Competent, friendly, honest, straight-shooter service. Two rental car companies are right across the street. I would give less than one star if it were possible. I have never been bullied and talked down to from a business as I was from this place. I waited weeks to for my vehicle to even be able to be seen. I dropped my vehicle off and thought nothing about it. Shortly after I was called by someone named Justin and he questioned me about my fender being part of the accident that my insurance was paying for. I did not know which part of the car he was talking about and I expressed I was unsure about what he referencing. He spoke to me very aggressively and told me he was "doing me a favor". When I told him I did not appreciate the way he was talking to me he started yelling at me and told me that unless I apologized to him I should come and pick my car up. I decided I did not want to do business with a company who's employees treat their customers this so poorly. So I had to return my rental car and lose a days charge just for driving it off the lot. I went and picked up my car and no one seemed to care, I guess this type of behavior is common practice at the Cumming Collision Center. read more

Cumming collision center has worked on my husbands last two company cars. Their service was impeccable yesterday as my husband was out of town & I was stuck in Duluth with a car I did not feel was comfortable to drive. One call to Jim @ Cumming Collision Center by my husband and Jim took over, got towing company on its was to me & had arranged for tow truck driver to drop me off @ home. I know they will assess the damage on the car & advise us as to the best possible step as far as repairing. read more

I give this place 0 stars but had to give 1 star so I could post review. I would not recommend this place after going in and calling to have my car fixed. This was after my husband had his car fixed there with good service. The nest time my car need the bumper fixed and they for got to tighten the bolts in to hold it on. On the 3rd time to have car fixed that is when it was really bad. I have never been talked to in such an unprofessional way ever in my life. In a round about way the man I was talking to called me a liar, and said I had not been in to talk to him about fixing the car. Please go somewhere else. I don't even know where to start. My 2018 Chevy that I haven't even had for a year yet, unfortunately had a tree limb fall on the roof which cause some damage to the frame, so I understood that it was going to take a while, and it was going to be pricey. At first the staff at cumming collision seemed very attentive, and helpful. They answered all my questions, and were able to give me an estimate. This made me feel comfortable about doing business with them, so I decided to look no further and made the decision to get my car fixed with them. About a month later I finally get my car back. Everything seemed fine at first glance. Well I was driving my car to work one morning, and a rat came out from underneath my seat. From what I could tell the rat had been in my car for a while. I had to take it back to collision place and had them remove the rat, the rat poop, rat pee, rat smell, and make sure he hadn't damaged any cables while he had been in my car. Once I got my car back for the second time I started noticing scratches, and damaged parts in my car. This is a brand new car. I don't don't have small any kids (youngest child I have is a teen), and I'm usually the only one who drives my car anyways.The ceiling of the inside of my car is dirty. Some plastic parts inside of my car have been damaged as well. The outside of my car has random scratches, and some damage to the paint. This is my third time taking it back to them to fix my car. Honestly, it just seems like they were completely careless with my car, and not well taken care of at all. Yes they fixed the damaged and did a great job, but along the way caused other problems that weren't there to begin with. I would not be using this place in the future, or recommend to friends and family. read more

Had to return my car 3 times to get the repair done right.. While Brad did address each of my issues, it was extremely frustrating having to go back multiple times. 1 attempt my bumper was not lined up properly, which was clearly visible, even from a distance. Second attempt the door rattled when closing, some type of adhesive per Brad. Had to take it back today due to excessive wind noise even at low speeds. Looking at the door you could see it was not lined up properly. Brad made the adjustment but attention to detail would have prevented the multiple trips. read more
