I worked with Sabrina over the phone and brought my Subaru in on a Tuesday. The insurance company also paid for a rental car which was right across the street! I also learned I could just drop off and leave the rental car here when the work was completed on my car and was picked up. I had a call from Justin in the shop the next day with a progress update. All going well and additional work was already approved by the insurance claim Adjuster. My concern was with the 'EyeSight' feature as the front end boo-boo may have effected the stereo cameras on the Subaru and disabled the cruise control, lane adjustment, etc. Justin was aware and confident a system refresh would get them working again (which he was 100% correct about) Saturday morning I received my second call from Justin that my vehicle was ready. I confirmed I would be over in the afternoon to retrieve it. All went perfect! Very efficient operation they are running here.

Last week I was on I-85, headed north to NC for work meetings when the car ahead of me ran over…read morewhat I assumed to be a block of wood. There was nowhere for me to go, no maneuvers to avoid getting hit- and it was a massive thud. I thought to myself, this is going to be super painful and costly. I got out of the car at a safe spot and noted the damage. It wasn't the end of the world, but as I kept looking closer more items became clearer. The coup was when I noticed one of the cameras was pushed in and possibly broken. We have had some bad luck with insurance and accidents so I called to get an estimate and they had me walk in today. I met up with Noah Chapman immediately, and we walked through what happened. As we were talking, Noah started fiddling around with the bumper, and I wasn't paying attention but he basically put the camera sensor pieces back together! Then the bumper was put back into place with a slight adjustment. Without testing the camera on the spot- he basically turned what I assumed was going to be a self-pay accident claim into cosmetic damage that I can live with. I asked him to still write up an estimate for replacing the grill, and also if we wanted to get the bumper worked on, replaced, or painted up. The estimate came back reasonably, and if I was in a better spot I'd probably pay to fix the cosmetic damage. But- as we know things are tight with the market and inflation so I opted to wait. If the time comes and I need to get work done on any of the vehicles in my family- I am ABSOLUTELY coming here to this location and working with Noah. Professional, friendly, humble- made me feel much better about this situation than I did last week. I cannot recommend Noah enough. I went home and weighed the cost of fixing the car (with the assumption it will likely happen again sometime in the future) versus living with minor cosmetic damage. Support independently owned businesses! They had a number of partner plaques showing the insurance companies and brands of cars they service- which there was barely enough wall space to do so. Thanks again to Noah and the team here. You never hope you're in an accident, but if it happens I'll be sure to come here and work with this team.

Caliber Collision Cumming Georgia Center -- Our Trusted First Choice for Auto Body Repairs!…read more Yesterday morning, the four of us--seniors in our 70s--were out for a drive when we unexpectedly hit the carcass of a large deer lying across the road. With no time to swerve, our vehicle sustained damage to the front lip spoiler and engine shield. Though we managed a temporary fix using rope, it was clear the car needed urgent repairs. We contacted several collision repair shops, only to be met with long wait times, high cost estimates ranging from $1,300 to over $1,900, and recommendations for full part replacements. Frustrated, we searched online and came across Caliber Collision in Cumming, praised for their excellent service. We decided to head there immediately. Despite a full schedule, Mr. Knapp welcomed us warmly. After inspecting the damage and considering the car's age (a 2017 model), he offered an alternative to full part replacements. Instead, he proposed reshaping and reinforcing the existing parts--a solution that was practical, affordable, environmentally conscious, and, best of all, could be completed in just 20 minutes. True to his word, the team completed the repair swiftly and safely, saving us time, money, and stress. Mr. Knapp treated us with genuine kindness and professionalism--and only later did we discover he is the center's general manager. While waiting, we also witnessed a heartwarming moment: a staff member kindly helping an elderly customer who had difficulty walking. That thoughtful gesture reflected the caring spirit and customer-first ethos that clearly defines this team. Caliber Collision's mission is "Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life." Thanks to Mr. Knapp and his exceptional team, we experienced that mission firsthand. We're sincerely grateful to them for transforming a stressful experience into a reassuring one. If we ever need auto body work again, we'll return to Caliber Collision without hesitation--and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking honest, compassionate, and reliable auto body service.

I have been getting constant texts saying that it will be ready on July 31st. Today is July 28th and I received a text at 9am stating my car is "nearing completion". Then I get a text at 11am saying the completion date has changed from 7/31 to 8/18. There has been no communication from the shop so I called and they stated the date changed cause my frame is bent. I asked why I'm being notified just now about this and it was because they are "slammed with cars and my vehicle slipped through the cracks". They also stated they had talked with my insurance and when I talked with my insurance they had NO communication from the repair shop since July 10th. Awful service. Awful communication. If you need any body work done on your vehicle, Forsyth Collision is the place to go. We had a 4…read moreday old Hyundai Palisade Hybrid that was hit on the driver's rear panel. Originally, the vehicle was brought to another repair shop that was State Farm's preferred place. That shop not only didn't repair the damage, they made shotty repairs that made the vehicle look like an amateur did the work. They oversprayed the bumper sensors, painted over the gas cap seal, didn't replace fender pieces, damaged window panels, got overspray all over the rear of the vehicle. Then tried to convince us that the repairs were up to, "industry standards".... This is where Forsyth Collision became our hero. We went in and explained the situation to Steve. He did a quick look over and besides the issues we saw, he started pointing out things that we didn't even notice. Then the owner Salih came out and they both were noticing issues with the paint. They worked with State Farm to authorize the repairs of the "repair" from the first shop. Since the model was so new there were issues getting parts quickly, but Steve and Joseph made sure they kept us in the loop the entire time. When they notified us that the vehicle was ready, my wife and I were anxious to see the results. Well, we were blown away! It looked like a brand new SUV again! The difference in appearance was amazing. Every detail they said they were going to go over was handled and it was done to perfection. The entire process would take hours to write, but let's just say after 3 months of dealing with the other place messing things up and then getting the car back looking better than new, I feel confident recommending Forsyth Collision to anyone needing work done to their vehicle! THANK YOU, SALIH, STEVE and JOSEPH for making our Palisade brand new looking again!

Jason has been so communicative every step of the way with both me and the adjuster. It has been such an easy and seamless process of getting my car fixed, and he also made sure that I was able to get a rental car covered by the driver's insurance the same day as dropping my car off. The Enterprise is located right next door to the shop (so it was super convenient and I didn't have to worry about getting a ride somewhere else to get the rental). I cannot recommend this business enough if you ever need to get a quote and labor done on your car due to damage from a car accident!
