I previously submitted a review on this great establishment not realizing I would have an opportunity to rate them again. My wife had bout with our garage door and ripped the bumper off her 2014 Hyundai. We tried a dealer but were referred to a collision center. Obviously, we chose Caliber. Everything was the same. Great customer service. Receptionist was polite and efficient. The facility was neat and clean and had COVID protection for employees and customers. We asked for Marco, who assisted me before and he did an outstanding job of analyzing the situation and offering various solutions. We asked him to be prudent due to the age of the vehicle. During the repair he kept in contact and updated us on when the vehicle would be ready. We were delighted with the repair. My last review was only 4 stars because I did not have any repairs. I can now give it a full 5 stars. I highly recommend this location for any of your collision/damage repairs. I damaged my rear RAV4 bumper and researched for a quality repair center. I found Caliber in Cummins GA and it was a great find. Casey Martin, the Service Advisor checked my RAV4 out and gave me a fair quote that I accepted. He ordered the parts and said they would be delivered in 2 days and do the work ASAP the day they came. The bumper and parts came 2 days later and Casey called me. He said he was getting ready to go to lunch and I could bring my RAV4 to the shop in an hour and I did. I signed the remaining paperwork and gave the keys to Casey. He went to my RAV4 and drove it to the side of the building. I sat in the waiting room​ and to my surprise my RAV4 was parked in the front of the building again. It hadn't been much more than an hour since Casey drove it to the shop. I walked outside and sure​ it was mine. I walked around my RAV4 to the back and sure enough the back bumper was new and all the back lights worked like day 1. My hats off to Casey and to Caliber. I had a small accident with my need truck and dented a rear door . Caliber has done work for my business in the past and did a great job so they were my only choice. Great service!! I hit a pole and could barely open my front driver side door. They fixed it up brand new...drives great and you can't even tell it was damaged.
