If I could do negative stars, I would!! I got into an accident on June 28, my car has been at caliber collision since July 1-2. I have been getting constant texts saying that it will be ready on July 31st. Today is July 28th and I received a text at 9am stating my car is "nearing completion". Then I get a text at 11am saying the completion date has changed from 7/31 to 8/18. There has been no communication from the shop so I called and they stated the date changed cause my frame is bent. I asked why I'm being notified just now about this and it was because they are "slammed with cars and my vehicle slipped through the cracks". They also stated they had talked with my insurance and when I talked with my insurance they had NO communication from the repair shop since July 10th. Awful service. Awful communication. This body repair shop is located on exit 14 right off GA 400 behind the Holiday Inn Express. It's a little confusing to get to, because you do not see the building from either of the main roads; Market Place Blvd or Buford Hwy. You have drive through Lowe's parking lot to get to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and then drive through their parking lot to get to this body shop. Nonetheless, I kind of like how it's tucked back behind other buildings away from the main roads. I had to have the front my car repaired because a deer ran out in front of my car while I was driving... messed up the entire front bumper, the grill, head lights and slightly bent part of the front right side of the car above the front right side tire (as seen in the pictures attached). I immediately filed a claim with my insurance and then looked up covered collision shops in the area. Caliber Collision came up as the number one recommended body repair shop, so I went ahead and booked an appointment for an estimate. When I showed up for my appointment, I checked in and waited for about 15 minutes. Mike Dressel, the Service Advisor, inspected our car and was very sharp, honest, friendly and understanding! He pointed out as much as he could to me while he inspected the car, so that I could visually see what damages had actually occurred and needed to be repaired/ inspected further. This process took about 5 to 10 minutes. Once he finished up inspecting we went back inside where he drew up the estimate. He went ahead and forwarded the estimate over to my insurance, so that they could see what the amount would be to get our car repaired. Because of Mike's friendly and professional attitude, my wife and I decided to go with Caliber Collision for our repairs. It also helped that they were ranked #1 in the area by USAA! The repairs took less then a week. The thing we loved most about the whole repair process was how much this shop kept us up to date through text message. They let us know when repairs were coming to an end and then the estimated date of completion. The next text we got was that our car's repairs were complete and ready to be picked up! Very smooth and easy process with this repair shop to say the least. If you are looking for a repair shop to take your car in for repairs, THIS IS THE SHIOP! I hope to not have another repair, BUT if I do, I will gladly take my car here, because they did an excellent job as seen in the pictures attached. Very poor communication through out the entire process. Spoke with Casey about delays and was promised a call back the next day. He did not call so I followed up another day after I was promised a call. Casey was not in and I was handed off to Adam. Adam provided me with a later day for completion. When my vehicle was finally fished it looked like a kid had painted my vehicle. Hazy paint and clear coat looked like it was painted outdoors. I expressed the concerns to Adam and he told me though would send it back in and do another buff on the paint and that my vehicle would be ready the next day, which was a Saturday. I received an auto notification around noon on Saturday. I drove back out to the shop and Adam advised my vehicle was still not ready and that it would be later in the day or possibly Monday now. I did receive a call from them around 4pm which I missed. I called back 5 minutes later only to get to an after hours call service that tells me they have no way to reach anyone there??? Really really frustrating, poor quality of work. And horrible communication. read more

I had just moved to Georgia then had a car crash and damaged my rear bumper. I took my car to Caliber Collision at 965 Market Place and Adam over there helped me take a look. Adam detected a burnt out brake light bulb and replaced it for me instantly and at NO CHARGE! Thank you so much Adam! I went here to get an estimate and they refused my business. Told me I have to go through insurance. But how do i know if i want to use insurance without getting at least a rough estimate...? Then they told me if i choose to pay out of pocket (not go through insurance) then they cant help me and dont want my business. What a joke of a shop. What do they care who the money is coming from. We got jerked around from April to November 18th. They would claim the car was "in que" to be painted or detailed when in fact nothing was being done. Went to pick up the vehicle 3 times and it was fixed incorrectly. Finally, our insurance deemed it totaled due Callibers inability to fix it correctly. I would stay far away from this place. They will lie to you, not return phone calls and they don't care about their shoddy work. Had I not crawled under the car, they would have tried to pass off their shoddy repair of the rear bumper. When I thought Management was going to handle the situation, he even dropped the ball. read more

Highly recommend this location. My son dropped his car off on May 6, 2021. Phil was the one that we dealt with. When the Geico claims adjuster viewed the car the day prior, he recommended we use Caliber Collision. After three days, Phil advised us that the bumper, windshield and radiator would need to be replaced. We were aware of the bumper and windshield. However, the radiator came as a huge surprise to us and the claims adjuster. However, after Phil had my sons car for THREE weeks and a day, he said it was ready for pick up. On May 30th, three days after the car was picked up, my son called and texted Phil to tell him that the car was shaking, his ac was not working anymore and lastly the horn was now making an odd noise. Phil never responded. On Tuesday, June 1, 2021, my son was driving home and the car started to overheat. He pulled over and called Geico immediately. They advised us and towed the car back to Caliber Collision. At around noon on June 3rd, we called and Phil advised, He did not notice the car. (Geico advised him they were leaving the car their overnight) Phil did not want to speak to me, instead he repeatedly called my son and then told him that his car overheated due to a faulty hose connected to his radiator. That they were not responsible. I will be going up there tomorrow to get this resolved or they will be met with legal action and BBB. This is insane that we trusted this "friendly" place and now this. He talks to my son like he is slow. He is young, and doesn't know much about cars, but his mom does!!
