They were extremely difficult to get ahold of and would sometimes take 3-4 days just to respond to an email. It took them almost 1.5 months to just let us shop around for a shop to repair. Our rear bumper was cracked, and after finally getting a response from the insurance company, they sent us a $1,000 check to cover the repairs. Unfortunately, after shopping around, I quickly realized that $1,000 wasn't nearly enough to get the job done properly. That's when I reached out to Roland Auto Collision. The owner was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. James the owner and his crew also found that the frame was damaged also. He told me to simply bring the car in, provide the accident policy number, and they would handle the rest directly with the insurance company once the repairs were completed. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Roland Auto Collision took the stress out of both the repairs and dealing with the insurance company. And even when my insurance wasn't working with me, Troy sat with me and explained every step of what he'd do to fix my car and how much the whole job would cost down to the penny, and then charged me exactly that. He even respected my request to just get a quote on the mechanics damage only for right now, and I can get the aesthetics fixed later.
