Originally, the vehicle was brought to another repair shop that was State Farm's preferred place. That shop not only didn't repair the damage, they made shotty repairs that made the vehicle look like an amateur did the work. They oversprayed the bumper sensors, painted over the gas cap seal, didn't replace fender pieces, damaged window panels, got overspray all over the rear of the vehicle. Then tried to convince us that the repairs were up to, "industry standards".... This is where Forsyth Collision became our hero. We went in and explained the situation to Steve. He did a quick look over and besides the issues we saw, he started pointing out things that we didn't even notice. Then the owner Salih came out and they both were noticing issues with the paint. They worked with State Farm to authorize the repairs of the "repair" from the first shop. Since the model was so new there were issues getting parts quickly, but Steve and Joseph made sure they kept us in the loop the entire time. When they notified us that the vehicle was ready, my wife and I were anxious to see the results. Well, we were blown away! It looked like a brand new SUV again! The difference in appearance was amazing. Every detail they said they were going to go over was handled and it was done to perfection. The entire process would take hours to write, but let's just say after 3 months of dealing with the other place messing things up and then getting the car back looking better than new, I feel confident recommending Forsyth Collision to anyone needing work done to their vehicle! I selected this business based on reviews online recently. The other drivers insurance paid for…read moremy repair and the process to schedule the work was very simple. I worked with Sabrina over the phone and brought my Subaru in on a Tuesday. The insurance company also paid for a rental car which was right across the street! I also learned I could just drop off and leave the rental car here when the work was completed on my car and was picked up. I had a call from Justin in the shop the next day with a progress update. All going well and additional work was already approved by the insurance claim Adjuster. My concern was with the 'EyeSight' feature as the front end boo-boo may have effected the stereo cameras on the Subaru and disabled the cruise control, lane adjustment, etc. Justin was aware and confident a system refresh would get them working again (which he was 100% correct about) Saturday morning I received my second call from Justin that my vehicle was ready. I confirmed I would be over in the afternoon to retrieve it. All went perfect! Very efficient operation they are running here.

After having it a week and…read morehaving my original estimate jump an additional $600, I went to pick it up today and found black grease marks smeared all across the headliner where the sunroof opens and closes, my head rest was completely covered with this black stuff. They tried cleaning it but it still didn't all come off. I wasn't happy but I drove away and tried opening my passenger window, didn't work, 2 back windows wouldn't open either. I drove it back over and asked why my windows didn't work. One of their employees said they had nothing to do with it, that switches go bad. I asked why it would have gone bad since my leaving it with them, to which he replied, What can you expect from such an old car? Wow, I didn't know they were car snobs on top of being careless with my interior. If you are a woman and drive an older model car, I would just about bet you will get the same ***** treatment. You couldn't pay me to go back there. I can stay home and be treated like crap. Why should I pay for the privilege?
