Always quick and transparent with pricing. They know how to get my car out of a pickle when I need it most!

Very highly recommended! This is a well run professional service company. Very pleasant operator took the call and scheduled a truck. A very tall gentleman named Michael arrived w/in an hour and went above and beyond to try to jumpstart and get my 2500HD pickup started. But after w emethodically checked things, we had to then tow in his rollback flatbed to dealer (due to fuel pump computer failure as it turned out). Delivered the truck safely and professionally. Thanks United!! read more

Referred to this company through North Point Auto Repair. Quick, professional, and on time. They even picked up my car without me present and called to confirm it was safe at the shop. Nice perk: they request payment after the tow instead of forcing a pre-pay before the job's done. Will continue using them for my towing needs. read more

gets the job done but just pray to god you don't get anthony as your driver. just a straight up dickhead, I asked two questions and he threatened to "leave me there" if I didn't let him do his job. Tried to de-escalate by saying I wasn't trying to cause an issue and was met with "you never had someone talk to you with the demeanor of a man". just sounds like lonely man with not much to live for, he still did an honest job with treating my car with care but he's just an asshole with anger issues so if you ever get him as a driver don't ask any questions or his insecurities of being 5'4" will come out and he'll treat every question you ask as an insult for some reason. read more

Great service. Michael checked my battery and gave it a jump so i could drive to a service station. Saved me another $30-40 dollars.

Wow! Thank you to the wonderful team at United towing! You guys are amazing. When I came to this business I didn't know what to expect as it was the very first time my car was impounded. Unfortunately, I happened to arrive after they had closed but to my surprise they still assisted me. On top of that they were so hospitable and most importantly, affordable! Shout out to TJ for the outstanding service and for handling my vehicle with care! 5 STAR BIZ read more

My motorcycle broke down on me on the side of 400 while on my way home from work. (11:30 pm on a Saturday night) I spoke to a lady over the phone, who said it may take up to an hour and a half before someone could get out there. 10-15 mins later Earl Pugh came to the rescue. He informed me he also rides motorcycles and made me feel like he was really there to help me out. I went from being stuck on the side of 400 in the dark to being home in less than 30 mins. I can't Thank you enough for your help Earl! read more

This is long overdue. On May 31st of this year, I called AAA for roadside assistance as my daughter parked her car on a hill leading down a large ravine. As soon as she stopped the car and put it in 'Park', the car started sliding down the hill. She got out of the car and called me. Not fully understanding the situation, we called good old AAA and they dispatched a truck from one of your competitors. Upon further inspection, with the way the car was positioned, it did not take the driver long to realize that any singular attempt at pulling the car back on the road would be the equivalent to pulling the rug out from under someone's feet and the car would have surely gone down into the ravine. The other driver was professional and concerned about our vehicle; it did not take long to realize we needed a second truck. The police officer on hand suggested United Towing as he knew they had a larger rig and so, in the name of getting the car off the ridge before it continued to slip into the ravine, I called your company. Soon, we had two trucks of the same size and capabilities. Your driver, out of concern for us, worked in tandem with your competitor and it was a thing of beauty. The two drivers 'see sawed', step by step, our car back, safely, onto the road. The driver from United Towing is to be commended for going above and beyond the call of duty. read more

I was referred to United by American Towing but American who certainly sounded more friendly. I eventually got a hold of them and was told that whomever was supposed to be answering the phone had dropped the ball. The dispatcher told me that because of covid, I would be strapped into my vehicle and bounced around on top of the tow truck for 30 miles. I needed to get home and agreed but felt that this was a dangerous prospect. After I was quoted by female dispatcher for $165, Ricky the driver shows up without face protection and told me that I would have to sit in my own car because of covid but continue to talk to me within 3 feet without face protection. He then stated that he could not promise that the front end of my car could be scraped when he dragged it up backward onto the truck. He said if he had to use boards, that he would then up charge me for that. I complained and he backed off. The dispatcher was in his cab with him, therefore I guess there was no room in the cab and I guess they don't believe in face coverings because of covid. I endured a 30 mile frighteningly rough ride down 400 and 285 bouncing around like a ping pong ball facing backward. Wondering if the owners of this company are ok with the big liability of injury or death if a driver and their car comes off the truck into highway traffic....? The driver seemed to have a problem finding my house and driveway despite me pointing it out to him twice while we were literally a house away....??? I'm not sure what was happening there, but critical thinking seemed to be amiss in all points of this encounter. Despite the fact that they eventually got me home, and I didn't die... this is not a company that I would use again and if you are a woman alone and stranded, they don't seem to care about your safety. Seemed like a ride at a traveling fair where you are a wary about the crazy carnies running the ride... Fun, huh? read more

Wow, what a great company. I called on a Sunday night to tow my 7-series BMW in for service the next morning; I got it set up with the operator very fast. The next morning, driver Rod arrived on time, in fact a few minutes early, to pick up the car; he was so careful and very professional. Having to tow a car is never fun, but this was a great experience and I really appreciate the awesome service! read more

Website says that they are open 24/7 every day of the week. However, when going to pick up my car, I was told I had to come during "clerk hours" which is 8am-6pm, which isn't mentioned anywhere. Please be more clear on your website. Could have saved me an hour drive and a $50 charge....although I guess that $$ is their profits. read more

Excellent customer service!! I needed someone to help winch my F250 out of my back yard earlier in the week. I called a local mechanic that works on all of our vehicles to see if he had a suggestion. He told me about United Towing. I called Paulina and I explained what I needed, she asked me for photos to ensure she sent the right tow truck and so she could accurately provide me a price. She called me back with the estimate & we set up the service call. The tow truck showed up on time, was pleasant, very helpful and got me winched out in a matter of minutes. I would absolutely suggest & recommend United to anyone needing their services! read more

I encountered a reckless driving incident by a United Towing flatbed tow truck (Plate # XCH226) driver who drove on the wrong lane dangerously close for an almost head-on collision. And the driver was so rude when I tried to talk to him about his driving. This happened in a private sub division in Milton, GA around 3.30 p.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2020. A pickup truck was parked with hazard lights flashing on the right side to the tow truck. I was driving from in the opposite direction on my right lane. It's a regular private road with no white lines to separate the lanes. The United Towing tow truck sped between my car and the parked pickup truck dangerously close to me and I had to hit the right-side curb and stop to avoid a head on collision. I was in shock for a few minutes. The tow truck didn't stop. The neighbors who captured this incident on their security camera came to comfort me. I turned around and drove towards the direction where the tow truck was driving. I spotted the tow truck loading a car so, I drove to the side and asked the driver: "Did you realize you almost hit me today?". He responded rudely "I know it was you. Keep moving, I'm working today". I backed up and waited, expecting the driver to come and talk to me after he loaded the car. There were two persons from United Towing and the neighbor whose car was being towed. The driver and his associate never came back to talk to me; they just drove away passing me. I called United Towing at (770) 569-4103 immediately and talked to Shirin. She said there were no managers during the weekend but took my message, promised to pass it to a manager and said the manager will call me on Monday. Nobody called me on Monday so I called them again today (Tuesday) around 2.00 p.m. I talked to Sheri who said managers are busy with other tasks. Couple of days after, Scott called me and asked what happened. I explained everything I wrote here. First question, he asked was do I have camera recording. Yes, I obtained it from the neighbor and have it. He said well, no accident occurred. Yes, I avoided a bad accident by your driver. No apology offered. He said he would talk to the driver and call me back. He hasn't got back to me for more than a week now. I reported this to the HOA so, this truck will be denied entry to the neighborhood. read more

I had to tow my truck from Alpharetta, Ga to Conyers, Ga. I called around the area for a tow before I got the recommendation of trying United Towing. They not only was able to service me but the pricing was very reasonable. Other tow companies either only serviced a particular area or was extremely expensive. They were consistent with communication from dispatching to dropping it off at the shop I requested. Thank you guys and girls at United Towing! read more

Company cancelled towing contract for our community without notice or warning. Drivers would often ask violators to move their vehicles rather than tow as requested. Owner would not return calls from board members as requested. Used to praise their services and even recommend to other communities but I am in process of withdrawing that recommendation for communities and private individuals after this situation. read more

Quite literally the best, most professional auto related experience I have had - possibly ever. I haven't had to call for a tow truck in probably 20 years, so I didn't know who to call or what I would be in store for me when they answered. After a few calls to some of the competitors (one that was like a short, abrupt taxi cab dispatcher), I came across United Towing. Colleen answered and provided a warm, informative call and seemed to genuinely care that I was taken care of. The professionalism continued when Earl arrived 45 minutes quicker than I was quoted. He was extremely courteous, knew exactly what he was doing and efficiently set out to get my vehicle hooked-up and transported. In short I cannot recommend United Towing enough and could not appreciate Colleen and Earl more! read more

I had a great experience with Pauline and Sheree at the United Towing. They were very helpful accommodating when my car is impounded it was a very stressful situation and a very upsetting and annoying if I could get my vehicle back or how much it was going to cost those two girls were very empathetic and very helpful their customer service is outstanding as well as it was not very expensive to get my car back in my possession I appreciate everything they did and we'll definitely hopefully not have to go back but if I do have to go back because my car gets impounded again i atleast will feel somewhat at ease knowing they will be handling my vehicle which also was very well taken care of. I had a great experience with United - from the dispatcher to the pick up/delivery. The driver was quickly dispatched and called upon arrival and was very pleasant throughout and confirmed delivery of my vehicle at the repair shop. Ask for Jay for a driver if he's available - great guy and very personable - and clearly knows what he is doing. I believe it was also a fair price for the service and the equipment they use is in great shape. read more

United Towing was recommended by the service shop repairing my car. They came out to my house right away. Steven got the car hooked up and we settled up - at a very reasonable price - in a jiffy. Couldn't ask for better service. And they have a very nice, clean, bright shiny red truck. read more

They say they are open 24 hours--wrong-- you can NOT pick up your car on the weekend UNLESS you make special arrangements with the personal.. Once you are there and pay 150.00 to get your car, they then open the gate and tell you the area your car is at--- I had to use my key to beep for the location... Once I found my car, I was boxed in by another car brought in after mine- which had a tree branch going through it &b BLOOD everywhere....I was finally able the get MY car out of there.... Now let me say- I was Volunteering for a event for the City of Alpharetta, I parked where they A- Frame told me too.... Way to go City of Alpharetta and THE HORRIBLE MADE KITCHEN AND COCKTAILS... You all dropped the ball and cost ME 150.00 .... read more

Amazing service! Very professional and punctual. Dan was great and did not judge the situation- really great service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got into a car accident yesterday and unfortunately this company was the one to pick my car up. When I went to the address to get my belongings out of my car, I found it to be ransacked! Not like I didn't have enough going on as it was! So on top of my car getting totalled, my glove compartment was completely empty. My change holder was dumped of about $5 worth of change that I keep on hand in case one of my kids wants ice cream from school. My headphone...GONE, lighter...GONE, nose/lip rings...GONE, scissors, eyeglass cases (not sure why that was needed). Oohh! Yeah my lunch bag thatconsisted of a chicken salad, yogurt, banana, and crackers...GONE minus the chicken salad, my Nike baseball cap and another cap, and I can't believe they took my engagement ring! So someone had time to sit in my wrecked car, dig through my console, go through my personal items, take a chicken salad out of my lunch bag (keep everything else including the lunch bag), and steal my change!?! I thought that their job was to pick my car up...and drop it off, not rummage through my car as if it was a dumpster. I have yet to hear back from anyone about retrieving my belongings. They supposedly had cameras. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy! Talk about adding insult to injury...and I will be looking into filing a police report read more
