I have an extended car repair contract with a company who had called another towing company to come tow my Jaguar to a local car repair place. That first company NEVER showed and then didn't even bother to answer their phone! The tow truck operator of Exit 21 Towing, whom I took to be the owner, was probably the most professional, yet very personable, service-oriented individuals I've had the pleasure to see at work. You don't see super go-getters like this anymore. This guy could probably do the jobs of 4 average employees in any given field today. He efficiently executed talking and making plans for my tow with the company I have a contract with(They were paying for it). He then kept me up to date, via cell phone, of his ETA as he was finishing up servicing another vehicle. After I got off the phone with him and my contract company, I would say it took him no more than 10 minutes to get to me! He then listened attentively to me(and patiently I must say), while he still worked busily, and I'm going on about some battery thing with Jaguars that I'd recently read about and was now worried that something might get damaged. He kindly and professionally discussed this with me. After seeing him work and only briefly interacting with him, I knew I could trust him to take exceptional care of my car. You won't see any new scratches or dents in your car with this company!!! If I ever need a tow again I will definitely call this dude! read more

We got a car stuck in our driveway this morning. It happened to be a gravel road over a creek... Our new friend Ray at Exit 21 saved the day! AND IT WAS NOT AN EASY JOB! The car had slipped on the mud by the creek and was practically hanging sideways over it with only the front left wheel grasping on for dear life. Not only that but the gravel way was very narrow and we didn't know how we'd get an angle to not let it fall further into the ditch. Ray solved the puzzle and winched us out in no time. I randomly found Exit 21 online as the closest tow shop to where my car was and I am happy that they were. They were friendly and helpful and had fast, excellent service. I was referred to Ray by another tow truck driver who was out of town at the time. I gave him a call and even with it being after hours he answered and dropped everything to help me out! He was there within 45 minutes even with it being rush hour! I had broken down in the middle of a very busy intersection on a Friday afternoon around 5:30, so I was in a very bad spot. My car is lowered and there are not many tow truck drivers in my area who are able to tow it. Great response and delivery of my car from Lawrenceville to Cumming. When you use this company you are dealing with the people who own it. My call was late in the day but we scheduled a pick up time. They didn't quote me a time and show up 45 mins late! They worked with my availability. Called them when my numbnuts neighbor parked his car in front of my hangar at Lawrenceville airport. Ray was Johnny on the Spot, came out quickly and onto the airport property. Exceptional, last 2 tows truck companies caused damage to my vehicle which resulted in major headache.
