Good thing it wasn't a "true" emergency! After waiting for the tow company dispatched by my insurance company, for over 3 hours! I went to Google and Yelp to find K & K Towing. They obviously didnt know that you dont do that with a air ride suspension, you use wheel straps. I tried meeting with one of the owners and he was very unprofessional. Even when I showed him the pictures and the proof that they chained the vehicle causing the damage he refused to help repair it.
