You park your car in the front, go in and ask for your service and hand over your key, sit in the waiting area upstairs, and then they will get you when it's done and time to pay. The waiting area is cozy and family-friendly, with toys for children. They only offered 1 option for an oil change, which was full synthetic for $79 (including tax) which seemed reasonable to me. It also included a full inspection and air filter change. I was in and out in 50 minutes, which was pretty good because at other oil change places I would be sitting in line for 50 minutes. They explained to me in detail the other repairs on my car that they found needed attention and recommended, but didn't pressure me to get them done that day. I definitely plan on coming back again!

So I took my van to Classic Collision in Duluth. Anyelo met with me and I asked if he can just get the door closed without it beeping. He forced the door open, grabbed his hammer and banged the corner a few times and voila!! He didn't even charge me anything which I am so grateful for because I've been dreading spending money I don't have. It's nice to drive without the constant beeping of an unclosed door and the $3,700 price tag hanging over my head to get it fixed. Also, he will start adding things not required despite knowing that it is a 20 year old car and just the crash bar and the bumper needs to be replaced. I did not want anything else done and Anyelo went on how the manager instructed that the frame needs to be pulled and cannot give warranty till that is done. In addition, he wanted to keep the car while he ordered the parts rather than calling me when the parts arrived. Angela is all talk, zero action. Despite telling her to have Anyelo to return phone call, she will give excuses, "he is out to lunch", etc. Do not go to the Abbotts Bridge location. Instead go to Cummings location and Kevin and Glenda will treat you honestly and do what you ask them to do. No playing games, professional, and let me keep the car while the parts were ordered. Same company different location and great honest attitude. Angela and Anyelo should learn from Kevin and Glenda how to treat people honestly. The manager at the Abbots Bridge location needs to take a hard look in the mirror and take a lesson on Ethics.

And even when my insurance wasn't working with me, Troy sat with me and explained every step of what he'd do to fix my car and how much the whole job would cost down to the penny, and then charged me exactly that. He even respected my request to just get a quote on the mechanics damage only for right now, and I can get the aesthetics fixed later. I can not recommend a more honest and caring place to get your car worked on. I had my son with me and he arranged for them to drive me back home which helped a great deal because I didn't have take a uber. They had my car for about a day Nicholas called me and provided updates as needed and he called me as soon as the car was done. I arrived about 30 minutes later to get my car and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. My new grill looks awesome and everyone at Friendship was a pleasure to deal with. Well got virus on 9, so called the following Monday - yup vm, and asked for either the 23rd or 24th around the same tie. Got a vm with "Ok Friday." Well is that the 24th or the 17th??? Called back and left vm questioning. Nothing, but on the 16th got a vm message from Heather confirming my appointment for the next day - Fri 17th. Called and left message for her and nothing. Can't help but think if you try to make an appointment and you get this kind of "service," how will they do with my car - ouch. Moving along as there are other Ford service places. Jason has been so communicative every step of the way with both me and the adjuster. It has been such an easy and seamless process of getting my car fixed, and he also made sure that I was able to get a rental car covered by the driver's insurance the same day as dropping my car off. The Enterprise is located right next door to the shop (so it was super convenient and I didn't have to worry about getting a ride somewhere else to get the rental).
