We called again so he came back and was charged $25 since "there was no customer" the first time he came. He was lazy the first time, when he simply could've gotten out of the truck come and knocked on the door to truly see if anyone was home. I went ahead and payed it but I should not have been charged for the laziness of the driver. Overall I was charged $300. And $100 of that was for the dolly cause the car wouldn't start and unlock the tires even tho I did attempt to put it in neutral.

I was left waiting outside at night for more than three hours for a tow truck that never showed up. Throughout the entire ordeal, I was repeatedly given different ETAs and told someone was on the way. I continued waiting because I was relying on the information they gave me. Hours passed, and there was still no truck. As a woman stranded at night, I found the entire situation incredibly unsettling. There was no urgency, no meaningful follow-up, and absolutely no follow-through. Then, after keeping me waiting for hours, the service was ultimately canceled around 11 PM. This was handled terribly from beginning to end. If ABC Towing couldn't fulfill the request, they should have communicated that instead of repeatedly giving inaccurate arrival times and leaving someone stranded. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this company.

About that time I hear a man call out and I look up to see Caleb from Elite Roadside standing in front of my car with a portable battery charger. He was in his truck one pump over and saw me struggling. Long story short, Caleb diagnoses the problem to be that the battery terminal that connects the cable to the battery had rusted through and was not operational.
