This was one of the worst towing experiences I've ever had. I clearly gave the correct address for…read moremy tow, and the receptionist even confirmed it. Despite that, they sent the driver to a completely different address. Their mistake caused a huge delay, and then they had the nerve to bill me twice. When I called to fix the issue, the customer service was shockingly rude. Instead of owning up to their error, they talked over me, dismissed everything I said, and refused to provide a refund for a mistake they caused. The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. A business that refuses to take responsibility and treats customers with disrespect should not be trusted. I will never use this company again, and I strongly warn others to stay away. Save yourself the frustration and choose a towing service that is honest, competent, and actually values their customers.

They scammed my bank card of $100 and then tried to take $250 more and kept promising for days to return my money (while calling me every day asking for more) eventually they straight up ghosted me. They met my child as they were helping us tow our vehicle and then still chose to steal from a struggling single parent. Those are the kind of people you can expect to deal with if you call this company. If you're dumb enough like I was to trust them that's on you UPDATE: Bill has been let go. I appreciate Ingram Towing for handling the situation professionally and communicating throughout the ordeal. My review no longer reflects their company but an incident with an individual who is no longer employed there.

She kept me updated when she was on the way, and is very knowledgeable + professional. My car is finally tuned up and driving perfectly, I'm so thankful. I really wanted this to be a good experience, but unfortunately, it wasn't. We contacted this…read moremobile mechanic service when our car wouldn't start, hoping for a quick fix. It was late, we were stuck in a parking garage at 10 PM with no tools, and we trusted their guidance. The mechanic started service around 4 or 5 PM and we didn't leave until 1 AM. We were charged $681 total, including $165 for a diagnostic and the cost/labor for two batteries. The mechanic mentioned we could replace the batteries ourselves to save money, but that really wasn't realistic given the situation we were in. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. For hours, there was no clear diagnostic explanation, and it wasn't until after the batteries were replaced around 10 PM that we were told the issue might be related to a computer system failure. This was not mentioned at all before we replaced the batteries, which made it feel like we were going in circles. After everything was done, we still didn't have a working car, and we were left without any real answers or codes to understand the problem. Eventually, we had to tow the car to Pep Boys, where they diagnosed and fixed the issue for just $177. We feel that this mobile service could've been more transparent and provided clearer communication throughout the process. Given the high cost and lack of results, I'm sharing this review to help others avoid the same frustrating experience. Be sure to ask for clear, up-front diagnostic information and pricing before agreeing to any services
