P.S.A DISHONEST…read moreCOMPANY!!! DO NOT do business with Ingram Towing & Impound Services Inc (2025 Bascomb Carmel Rd, Woodstock, GA 30189). I contacted the company and spoke with the dispatcher (Kim). I explained that I had a vehicle that no longer runs, and that I needed to have it towed from my garage to an auto shop to have the tires removed and replaced. And then have it towed it from the auto shop to my in-law's home, where it would be stored in their garage. When the tow truck driver arrived at my in-law's home, he identified that he could not get my truck in the garage with the tow truck he was driving. He said that he would need to see if the "snatch" truck was available to finish the job. The driver told me the snatch truck was not available and that he would have to leave my truck in the driveway. I called Kim, and she confirmed that she did not have a driver available to drive the "snatch". I was also told that I would be charged for a tow service ($105) to send the snatch truck out tomorrow. I told her that I was not going to pay the full amount for the tow service without my truck being put in the garage as agreed upon. Kim stated would come and "meet me in five minutes". Instead, the driver was directed to collect the full amount for the tow, and left the vehicle in the driveway. The fact that Kim DID NOT come out to the house as stated, further demonstrating herself as untrustworthy. The simple truth is that they didn't have a driver for the snatch truck (which is their fault, not mine), and instead of honoring our deal, the company left it up to me to clean up their mess. UNETHICAL COMPANY!!!

This was one of the worst towing experiences I've ever had. I clearly gave the correct address for…read moremy tow, and the receptionist even confirmed it. Despite that, they sent the driver to a completely different address. Their mistake caused a huge delay, and then they had the nerve to bill me twice. When I called to fix the issue, the customer service was shockingly rude. Instead of owning up to their error, they talked over me, dismissed everything I said, and refused to provide a refund for a mistake they caused. The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. A business that refuses to take responsibility and treats customers with disrespect should not be trusted. I will never use this company again, and I strongly warn others to stay away. Save yourself the frustration and choose a towing service that is honest, competent, and actually values their customers.

Bottom line, many things could have gone different and worse, but they didn't, they went great. This is a family business, and even if it wasn't, good honest people are getting harder to find. Thanks to the old man, I was able to get things done exactly how they needed to be handled. I really appreciate the courtesy, and if I ever need anything else towed, these are the guys that deserve and earned my business.

I really wanted this to be a good experience, but unfortunately, it wasn't. We contacted this…read moremobile mechanic service when our car wouldn't start, hoping for a quick fix. It was late, we were stuck in a parking garage at 10 PM with no tools, and we trusted their guidance. The mechanic started service around 4 or 5 PM and we didn't leave until 1 AM. We were charged $681 total, including $165 for a diagnostic and the cost/labor for two batteries. The mechanic mentioned we could replace the batteries ourselves to save money, but that really wasn't realistic given the situation we were in. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. For hours, there was no clear diagnostic explanation, and it wasn't until after the batteries were replaced around 10 PM that we were told the issue might be related to a computer system failure. This was not mentioned at all before we replaced the batteries, which made it feel like we were going in circles. After everything was done, we still didn't have a working car, and we were left without any real answers or codes to understand the problem. Eventually, we had to tow the car to Pep Boys, where they diagnosed and fixed the issue for just $177. We feel that this mobile service could've been more transparent and provided clearer communication throughout the process. Given the high cost and lack of results, I'm sharing this review to help others avoid the same frustrating experience. Be sure to ask for clear, up-front diagnostic information and pricing before agreeing to any services
