My tire just literally exploded on the interstate right before my exit to get off to go home and I veered off into the construction zone / shoulder because I couldn't control my car. I was sticking out a bit and not really in a safe place and I was panicking. I called the police and my parents because I had no idea what to do. In total I spent about an hour in the shoulder that was really more of a median since there were two interstates next to each other. This was right at the split of 285 and 75. The police never came during that hour and I was in real panic mode. No one was close enough to me to come help, so I quickly searched tow truck on Yelp and saw they were the closest to me and 5 stars so I was like perfect! I call and Tahjmar was so calm and helpful. I originally was like " I don't know what to do I'm alone and I think I need my car towed?? " And he was like " no problem! do you have a spare? If so, I can come just change it. " I was like " oh that's possible?? " because fun fact, this happened to me literally 2 weekends ago in Nevada with a rental and no one was helpful and we spent 10 hours stranded and no one would come fix the tire. So the fact he was able to come and offered to just change the tire was much appreciated and saved me a lot of money! I also didn't know where the spare was.. I am useless when it comes to cars lol but he asked the make and model and walked me through finding it. I know I sound insane but he was so helpful and calm it was very reassuring! I told him I'd call someone really quickly to see if they could help me first, but then he said no problem and that he was open until 10. Couldn't find anyone to help me and I was urgently trying to get out of this dangerous spot so I called him back and he came right away! He was about 15 min away by car and got there like 20 after I called. He pulled up, and helped me clear my trunk. He had the tire changed in about 15 min. My spare was out of air and he even refilled that before changing it! He then helped direct me back onto the interstate so I could safely merge and get home. He was just overall so nice and really just calm. It was a horrible experience. I was about to cry on the interstate when I saw my tire and am very busy so I was in panic mode but he made everything so pleasant. I mean no one wants to be stranded on the highway but he was so helpful and I am just so thankful!! If you every have a flat, need a jump or towing, etc. PLEASE DO call them!! They really go above and beyond and make a bad situation almost good, they just have such a positive attitude it really cheers you up despite everything! P.S.A DISHONEST…read moreCOMPANY!!! DO NOT do business with Ingram Towing & Impound Services Inc (2025 Bascomb Carmel Rd, Woodstock, GA 30189). I contacted the company and spoke with the dispatcher (Kim). I explained that I had a vehicle that no longer runs, and that I needed to have it towed from my garage to an auto shop to have the tires removed and replaced. And then have it towed it from the auto shop to my in-law's home, where it would be stored in their garage. When the tow truck driver arrived at my in-law's home, he identified that he could not get my truck in the garage with the tow truck he was driving. He said that he would need to see if the "snatch" truck was available to finish the job. The driver told me the snatch truck was not available and that he would have to leave my truck in the driveway. I called Kim, and she confirmed that she did not have a driver available to drive the "snatch". I was also told that I would be charged for a tow service ($105) to send the snatch truck out tomorrow. I told her that I was not going to pay the full amount for the tow service without my truck being put in the garage as agreed upon. Kim stated would come and "meet me in five minutes". Instead, the driver was directed to collect the full amount for the tow, and left the vehicle in the driveway. The fact that Kim DID NOT come out to the house as stated, further demonstrating herself as untrustworthy. The simple truth is that they didn't have a driver for the snatch truck (which is their fault, not mine), and instead of honoring our deal, the company left it up to me to clean up their mess. UNETHICAL COMPANY!!!

I can't say enough good things about G&C Towing and its owners! The battery on my car died and even…read morethough someone else had jumped it, my car still wouldn't start. When I called G&C, they were able to come right away. Although I expected them to tow me to a car repair shop, they were able to diagnose the problem and towed me to a nearby auto parts store instead. They bought the part, installed it, and had me on my way in just a few minutes. The car works perfectly and the battery is now charged. They even checked on me later to make sure I had been able to get home safely. These are GOOD PEOPLE, and I will call them every time I need a tow in the future. I highly recommend them! Any towing company can tow a broken car, but G&C went above and beyond!
