if i could not leave one star i would. my experience with this business was horrible. I set up for…read moremobile tire mounting and balance for my 2015 Chevy SS Sedan. I needed two (2) front tires mounted and balanced. Set-up and appoint to come to my address was seem less and seemed as if it would be a great alternative to loading the new and old tires in my work vehicle to take to a shop to have this done. WRONG!! They had a tech call me to confirm the job and he asked what size tire i was needing mounting. I'm like its on the work order (why are you asking me that). Anyway, the tech showed up to do the job and instantly started acting like i was getting 24" inch wheels installed. My wheels and tires are OE factory spec set up (19" inch wheels and tires). Mind you i have a lift at my house and i already had the wheels off and the new tires ready to go. This tech had no idea how to mount a tire! he removed one of the tires from the rim and attempted to mount the brand new tire (the same size he took off). He failed miserably. Kept giving me excuses to why he couldn't do it. Whatever bruh get outta here. Now i had to pack all of the rims and new tires into my work truck because he dismounted one of the old tires so now i cant even drive the car to a shop to get this small detail done. i ended up taking the rims and tires to MAVIS Tires to have it done and they did it in 15 - 20 minutes and was $50 cheaper! So after i got back i called this place back and demanded my $55 deposit. the rep explained they still have to charge me a call out fee. i was livid! How do you charge anything when they didn't provide what i called them for. Not only did this DA Tech not mount my tires but he left my car undrivable because he removed one of the old tires. After a Spirited discussion with that rep she "claimed" someone would contact me to resolve my complaint. OFCOURSE no one called and i called several times i got the run around about a manager gonna reach out to me and no body ever called me. So Basically this business is a SCAM. They take your money weather they complete the job or not. so if you are reading this Buyer Beware! $55 is not enough to chase this useless business. they clearly need that $55 more than me. I always leave reviews good or bad for businesses. This Business is a SCAM and i hope my $55 wont help them stay in business any longer than they should be.

I really wanted this to be a good experience, but unfortunately, it wasn't. We contacted this…read moremobile mechanic service when our car wouldn't start, hoping for a quick fix. It was late, we were stuck in a parking garage at 10 PM with no tools, and we trusted their guidance. The mechanic started service around 4 or 5 PM and we didn't leave until 1 AM. We were charged $681 total, including $165 for a diagnostic and the cost/labor for two batteries. The mechanic mentioned we could replace the batteries ourselves to save money, but that really wasn't realistic given the situation we were in. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. For hours, there was no clear diagnostic explanation, and it wasn't until after the batteries were replaced around 10 PM that we were told the issue might be related to a computer system failure. This was not mentioned at all before we replaced the batteries, which made it feel like we were going in circles. After everything was done, we still didn't have a working car, and we were left without any real answers or codes to understand the problem. Eventually, we had to tow the car to Pep Boys, where they diagnosed and fixed the issue for just $177. We feel that this mobile service could've been more transparent and provided clearer communication throughout the process. Given the high cost and lack of results, I'm sharing this review to help others avoid the same frustrating experience. Be sure to ask for clear, up-front diagnostic information and pricing before agreeing to any services
