It was early in the morning, and I urgently needed a tow. I called several companies that claimed to be open 24 hours, but either no one answered or I was told no. I finally called Zip N Slide. There was no answer at first, but he called me back immediately. He asked the right questions, gave me a very fair quote, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He delivered my vehicle safely, placed it carefully, and even took a picture to show me where it was left, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using him again before I get rid of this vehicle. Thank you for the excellent service. read more

I had a great experience with ZipNSlide when my car broke down on the highway late at night. The dispatcher was polite and quick to respond, and the driver arrived within 30 minutes, which was a huge relief. He was professional, friendly, and handled my car with care while loading it onto the truck. Pricing was fair and clearly explained up front--no surprises. Overall, the service was fast, reliable, and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of towing services. read more

I needed to get my Boxster back home as it had a pretty bad issue when I went to my son's house. The price quoted was great and they use a flatbed. Communication was pretty good as well. They sent me an invoice as soon as they had the car on the flatbed and payment was easy. The drop off in my driveway was non eventful and the car didn't seem to have any new dings. I also found the driver very professional. He acted like he cared. read more

My mom needed her car towed home and I tried other places but they were charging way too much for the distance and the wait was 2 hours or longer. Zip N slide was the only one where the wait wasn't long and it was affordable. He came through and was professional and helped us out. I appreciate ZipNSlide and I would recommend them to anyone. They definitely have made a permanent customer out of me. read more
