Man when I say this towing company was an extreme lifesaver to me today, I mean it! I was stranded on the highway after my tire busted and my phone was working so I couldn't contact anyone for assistance. Luckily Mike from Epic Towing saw me on the highway and honked at me and asked if I needed help..... I was nodding 'Yes!' like crazy. He got off and backed his truck all the way down to my car because he couldn't turn around...It was the highway after all. Any way he got out inspected the damaged, jacked me up and towed my car to the nearest tire shop off the exit. When we got to that first tire shop the guys told us that they don't have my size. Mike didn't leave me abandoned though he stayed with me and even called around to other shops searching for my right tire size. We ended up finding a shop that was closing soon so we rushed over my car in tow and made it just in time. At first the guy at the second tire shop was telling us that he didn't have my size either but he searched so more and ended up finding a tire that fit perfectly. My car broke down in the middle of Buffington Road as I sat scrolling through my phone looking for a tow company, I saw Epic Towing with his tow truck, & car was on his truck. I waved him down, he pulled over to the side and said he'll be back to help me, it was about 11 minutes, he came back. My starter died while I was parked in a parking deck and my mechanic recommended Epic Towing. He was very professional and easy-going, just a super nice dude. He showed up in less than an hour with a flatbed tow truck and installed my tow hook for me, and was very careful to use ramps ​when loading it so that the car didn't scrape at all. Epic towing did a great job getting my car towed and right to its destination. From start to finish I didn't have any issues. The phone call went smooth as ever and so did the towing. Towards the end, the man towing my car was able to figure out what was going on with it and ended up adding in the necessary requirements for the car to be fixed.
