Went to this shop, the guy at the counter told me that he didn't know if he had a tire for my truck, he told me to drive my car around the back of the shop and they will assist me with getting a tire. When I drove around the back, there was no attendant there to assist, so I walked up to ask for help. As i asked for help the two white men continued to ignore me. I spoke up thinking maybe it was my low tone. The white guy (mechanic)asked what I needed standing 50ft away from me, I asked if he could come to me because I didn't want to scream across the room, while asking him something due to the noise in the shop. He proceeds to walk towards me as if he was coming to help then turns around and says I'm busy and walks away, ignoring me. The other employees looked at me and laughed, as if they really thought he did something. I walked to the front to advise the guy that initially told me to go to back of what happened, and he says "well it's time for lunch". I immediately left the shop with my tires shredded in pieces, and took my service down the street to Salgado tires, where they handled me with respect, care, took care of my tire In a timely manner!! I was told it was due to my aging car. I believed and trusted them as an expert entity. A friend told me about Dwelle Motor Company. I had another issue with my car separate from the sound I had accepted as normal for aging cars. Right away David diagnosed the sound as a bad wheel baring that could have collapsed while driving. They installed the wrong parts, parts I didn't need, one part was installed incorrectly, defective parts, some of the work made the problem worse. I got excuses including high mileage etc., and finally was told they didn't know what else they could do. I had thousands of dollars invested and didn't just want to throw it away. I took my car to another shop, which is how I learned it was entirely fixable, because when they took out all the work Weaver did and replaced the parts that were wrong and installed other parts I needed and when they finished, the car was perfect. I am more sorry than anybody that it didn't work out the first, second, third or fourth time going to Weaver because it cost me a lot of money. I know most people have had good results with Weaver. I did too for about 40 years, but I was told by a manager on my fourth visit, "I don't know what else we can do."

They kept my car overnight, just to tell me that they drove it and confirmed that the noise is from the transmission. But they don't specialize in transmissions, so I need to take it somewhere else. They charged me $70 just to tell me what I already told them, knowing that they couldn't fix the problem. Others have since shared similar experiences with them. The lack of integrity here is very disappointing, and I cannot recommend their service anymore.
