He diagnosed the vibration to be a bent wheel. His knowledge and the capabilities of his staff were beyond my expectations. They're all dedicated to their jobs and are customer conscientious. Forgot how nice it is to deal with good, local people. Plus they checked the brakes and told me they were good. Most places would have still sold me the brakes, just swapped, no questions asked. I was just there to have my front rim and bent tie rod replaced on my semi new 2025 Genesis. To not hit a dog I turned away from it and slid into the curb and damaged my rim and bent the tie rod. Killian did a great job, but Genesis was faulty on the tie rod. They sent the wrong part due to a wrong part number that they acknowledged. All in all was a great experience, and they did not charge for their loaner car.

I took my truck to this location and had a terrible experience. My truck had a transmission leak…read moreand they supposedly replaced the transmission filter and the gasket. The fix did not last long and it was leaking again. They said that they just needed to torque the bolt and it would be good. A few months later it started leaking in the same place. Since they could not fix it within 2 tries I was not going back. I took it to a place in Kennesaw where they looked at it and said that it looked like it had been torqued too much and had bent the cover. Now I had to pay for the full job again and a new cover and this only cost me $460 where as Chrisitan Brothers charged me $980 and messed up my truck. I contacted them and they told me that since I took it somewhere else to get fixed there is nothing that they would do for me. I think that they owe me the full amount that I paid them or at least the difference of what I paid at the Kennesaw repair shop and the amount that they over charged me. I will never go to any Christian Brothers again because I have now had another person that has said she went in for one thing and now they want to charge her over $10,000. STAY AWAY

Furthermore, the service team failed to note the age discrepancy of the other tires already on the vehicle, and neglected to inform me of the shop's free rotation policy, which is critical for proper tire maintenance. As a direct result of these omissions, the newly installed tires have experienced premature, uneven wear and require complete replacement after only 7,000 miles. When I brought this issue to the shop's attention, the only resolution offered was a $30 discount on a new set of tires. This token gesture does not adequately address the premature failure of the product caused by the shop's failure to provide standard professional advisement at the time of installation.
