That turned into over two hours of wasted time, back-and-forth, and false hope. During that time, our vehicle was photographed, information was gathered, and we were led to believe there was a real possibility of making something work. In the end, nothing was accomplished except an unnecessary hard credit inquiry and a very frustrating experience. The issue is not simply that a deal did not happen. The issue is that we were clear about our circumstances, our timing, and our limitations, yet were still steered deeper into a process that should have been stopped much earlier. If our situation was not realistic, that should have been said upfront instead of keeping us there and dragging it out. This experience felt misleading, time-wasting, and unprofessional. It also ruined what was supposed to be my husband's birthday because we lost hours to a process that went nowhere. My advice to anyone considering this dealership: be extremely careful. Do not let polite talk or vague promises pull you into a full credit process unless you are ready to buy immediately and have real numbers in front of you. The last straw was I went in to redeem my last oil change from a maintenance plan I purchase when purchasing the car. I drive 35 mins to get to the dealership only to be told my service agreement is void because I am over the milage by less than a 1,000 miles. Had I been told this I would not have wasted my gas and time to get what I already knew was my last oil change under my plan. Justin told me in the notes it says I was told. I assure you I wasn't!!! Chuck was hiding in the corner knowing he was the person who claimed told me I might have to pay. I only realized he was who I made my appointment with when they realized I was not moving my car or leaving until I spoke with a manager. Chuck then got the manager on the phone for me and they did agree to do "courtesy oil change". After I spoke with the manager Jason Chuck finally admits he is who made my appointment and tries to cover his butt by saying I did tell you when you called and I looked at him and said this whole time you knew you made my appointment and never came to confront me with your lies..... Hmmm sounds like you typed in the comments after hanging up the phone with me that you told me the service plan was voided, and you wanted to cover your butt instead of calling me back to inform me in advance.
