A special thank you to Kevin and Brian, the Lead Mechanic, for the outstanding service they consistently provide. This visit was for routine oil maintenance, and as always, the service was prompt, professional, and top-notch. It's absolutely worth traveling the extra distance because I know my vehicle is in the hands of people who genuinely care about doing the job right. Kevin and Brian, the way you take care of both your customers and their vehicles speaks volumes about your dedication and passion for what you do. Quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service are hard to find these days, but you deliver them every single time. Thank you for making every visit a great experience. Keep up the excellent work!

Extremely Disappointed in Honda - 2025 Honda Pilot Touring Safety Concerns and Lack of…read moreTransportation Assistance I am reaching out to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Honda regarding our 2025 Honda Pilot Touring. We purchased this vehicle believing we were investing in a safe, dependable, family-friendly SUV. Unfortunately, we are now facing a situation that has left our family without a reliable transportation solution. Our Honda Pilot was taken to the Honda dealership in Cartersville, Georgia, where we were informed that the air conditioning compressor has completely failed. We were also told that something inside the compressor had melted and that continuing to drive the vehicle could potentially cause additional mechanical damage or leave us stranded on the side of the road. To make matters worse, the replacement compressor is currently on backorder. We were told that November 23 is a possible estimated availability date, but there is no guarantee the part will arrive then. This is a 2025 Honda Pilot Touring. I understand mechanical failures happen, but I find it extremely concerning that such a major component has already failed and that Honda cannot readily provide a replacement. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the lack of assistance with transportation. We have three small children: a 1-year-old and 4-year-old twins. We specifically purchased this SUV because we needed something safe, reliable, and large enough to accommodate three car seats. Our only other vehicle is a two-door truck that seats three people and has no back seat. It cannot safely transport our entire family. The dealership has informed us that no rental vehicles are available. We were also told that other Honda dealerships may have the compressor, but they are unwilling to transfer the part because they are independently owned franchises. I have also contacted Honda Corporate and have been assigned a case manager. While I appreciate that a case has been opened, I have been told that I may not hear anything back until Tuesday. In the meantime, what exactly is my family supposed to do? We have been told our vehicle could potentially leave us stranded, yet we are expected to wait days just to hear whether Honda can offer any assistance, with the actual repair potentially weeks away. How is this acceptable for a family with three young children who purchased a Honda specifically because of its reputation for safety and reliability? I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am asking Honda to help provide a reasonable solution. I believe Honda should make every effort to: - Expedite locating and obtaining the replacement compressor. - Provide a comparable loaner or rental SUV that safely accommodates three child car seats until our vehicle is repaired. - Address the safety concerns associated with continuing to drive this vehicle. - Provide a clear repair timeline rather than an uncertain estimated parts arrival date. We chose Honda because we trusted the brand. We believed we were making a smart investment in our family's safety and transportation needs. Instead, we are now dealing with a major mechanical failure on a 2025 vehicle, a replacement part on backorder, no suitable rental or loaner available, and days of waiting just to hear back from someone who might be able to help. A family should not have to choose between driving a vehicle they have been warned could leave them stranded and having no suitable transportation at all. I sincerely hope Honda Corporate takes this situation seriously and steps in to provide a solution. I have the dealership's documentation regarding the diagnosis and would be happy to provide it. Honda, we purchased your vehicle because we trusted the brand. Right now, we need more than an apology, an uncertain parts date, and a promise of a phone call next Tuesday. We need a solution. The service manager was nice and Kevin, the man who always takes care of us when we go in the service department, is always nice, but this is more than all that. It's on Honda! Apparently back order and multiple cars they said five currently, I believe are waiting on the same thing. It's an issue!
