I am a widow who is used to her husband handling all matters related to the car. Savannah, my service advisor listened to all my concerns and answered all she could. She addressed the remainder of my concerns with the appropriate department. I had food stains on the fabric on my front passenger seat from my Grandbabies. I asked what to use to clean the seat. I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome job Carlos in the Detail Department had done to clean the seat to look like new, for no charge. I also had a problem where my tag on the front bumper was getting bent. Matthew No. 2 of the Parts Department placed a frame around my tag that will keep it from getting bent. I cannot say enough for these young people going above and beyond to make me happy. I love my Subaru and the Kennesaw Subaru. Thank you for making my checkup so pleasant. Kudos to Kennesaw Subaru Lynne S. Blackstock

Absolutely terrible experience at Days Chevrolet. I made a service appointment, showed up on time,…read moreand was told they're "overbooked" because it's the weekend. So apparently appointments here mean absolutely nothing. Instead of honoring what they scheduled, they just shrugged it off and told me to come back on Monday or Tuesday like it's no big deal. No real apology, no attempt to make it right--just a complete waste of my time. Honestly, how are customers supposed to trust a place that can't even manage its own appointments? If they can't handle something as basic as scheduling, it really makes you wonder what else they cut corners on. I won't be coming back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else trust them with their vehicle.

These guys did really good work on my first car I brought up there but it was definitely expensive…read more The reason I'm giving this a one star review is due to the work they did on the other car I brought up there. They were nice to me over the phone for at least a little bit until I began being complicated. The reason I was being complicated was due to the overpricing to change out ignition coils that I could do myself and did do after, it was also due to waiting days to get any news about what was going on with the car, and the amount they charged us to replace the alternator (we brought one in) and to flush the coolant was around $760. This price is ridiculously high for an alternator that is on the top of the engine bay. Prices here are really high specifically the labor, arguably not competitive. While it was on me for taking this car to somewhere I know is more expensive this was the only mechanic shop I really went to so I did not feel comfortable sending my mom to another mechanic shop while I was off at school. I will say Stacy (I believe is her name) is really nice and was really sweet to me. While this work was done sometime around August of last year I really do not understand how they would not inform us that the ignition coil connectors on the front side of the engine were so broken they would not stay in. I did repeatedly informed them that I believe those are the ones that needed replace and I was under the impression that those were the ones they would be replacing. Additionally the wires in the connector for the cam position sensor was very lose inside the connector to the point one bump knocked it lose and showed what is a knotted wires that was shoved in the connector. While I don't blame them completely for this I believe this should have been found while replacing the connector in the back of the engine bay. We eventually had to call out another mechanic to come and redue the work that they had done and honestly Andy's garage's work felt rushed and did not look anywhere close to what we paid even though they had the car for quite some time. Additionally the mechanic was 1/3 of the price as here and was upfront about everything and honestly looked like his work was worth the $1500 I paid here. Finally, while they have been really nice to me, they were rude to my brother who brought the van up there to get fixed and did not listen to my mom about anything that she said was a concern about the vehicle. I definitely will not be coming back.

I came to this location due to all the good reviews but my experience here was not all too welcoming. Sam was caring before I purchased the car but after I bought the vehicle no care or response is given. Bought the owners of the dealerships brothers car but it has many key safety hazard issues with the car. Confronted the owner of the dealership after weeks of hiatus due to health conditions and he was trying to help out with the issues. I left my car with them for two whole weeks which was plenty more time to work on the car and as I confront the owner one the day of to pick up the car he says it's not finished. I tell him I really need my car for the next working week so I really need to get the car fixed by the next day and he says that's he definitely not doing that because of a jeep festival and that I was ungrateful and he wasn't going to help me anymore. Not only am I left with a car that often times gets stuck in the parking gear due to the gear shift being jammed and the traction control not working due to the button being broken and non responsive there's also a huge worry and dangerous water leak that is dripping on the floors of the driver side (all pictures are provided in this review). In conclusion still haven't received my title/registration of the car or license plate and it's been over 1 month and two weeks now while the temporary license they gave me is expired. The owner said that has nothing to do with them and that I should call the state. Not willing to help me out with a car I bought with them for the full amount of $25000 in full payment. Choose wisely if you decide to buy from here.

If all the trailer lights work (brakes/turn signals/running/parking), then it's OK to hitch up and tow.
