I am a widow who is used to her husband handling all matters related to the car. Savannah, my service advisor listened to all my concerns and answered all she could. She addressed the remainder of my concerns with the appropriate department. I had food stains on the fabric on my front passenger seat from my Grandbabies. I asked what to use to clean the seat. I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome job Carlos in the Detail Department had done to clean the seat to look like new, for no charge. I also had a problem where my tag on the front bumper was getting bent. Matthew No. 2 of the Parts Department placed a frame around my tag that will keep it from getting bent. I cannot say enough for these young people going above and beyond to make me happy. I love my Subaru and the Kennesaw Subaru. Thank you for making my checkup so pleasant. I bought a brand new Suburban Premiere edition eight months ago from Day's Chevrolet…read more In October, I started to notice a smell in the cabin that got progressively worse - a smell like "dirt" which we all know is a sign of mildew/mold. I took it in to Day's and they determined that the drain tube for the area around the sun roof had gotten pinched and instead of draining down the tube, water was running inside the roof, down the pillar, behind the dash and underneath the carpet. So, they ordered and replaced everything "cloth" (carpets, headliner, etc) in the cabin - removed everything from the interior, wiped everything (including the inside of all the doors) with a bleach solution in an attempt to kill the mold/mildew.- no dice...the smell was still there - BAD - and it was determined that there was no way to fix it. Here's where everything gets really good (and I do mean good - not in a sarcastic way). Without going into the long, boring details, in the end they replaced my Suburban with a brand new one - I simply had to pick out a new one (which I found online and they had transferred to their dealership) and submit the paperwork necessary to start the exchange - no arguments, no attempts to get around it, just good old-fashioned great customer service. It wasn't a fast process. It all started in November and I didn't pick up the new Suburban until last week - BUT - Ben Larue (the service manager) Jeff Amerson (the new car sales manager) and Mark Simpson (the salesman handling the new purchase) went well beyond the call of duty to make sure the whole process went as seamlessly as possible. They were easy to get on the phone, easy to talk to, kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and did it all with a friendly demeanor most wouldn't normally expect from a car dealership. I had many options when I bought my Suburban - for the amount I spent I could have purchased a wide variety of other cars or SUV's from other auto makers - having chosen to purchase a Suburban, I also had the option of going to any of a long list of Chevrolet dealerships in close proximity to my home. My experience with Day's, both during the first purchase and in the process of replacing it with a new one, has earned them a life-long customer. If you are in the market for a new car and considering Chevrolet, it's well worth the trip to visit Day's and see what they can do for you.

These guys did really good work on my first car I brought up there but it was definitely expensive…read more The reason I'm giving this a one star review is due to the work they did on the other car I brought up there. They were nice to me over the phone for at least a little bit until I began being complicated. The reason I was being complicated was due to the overpricing to change out ignition coils that I could do myself and did do after, it was also due to waiting days to get any news about what was going on with the car, and the amount they charged us to replace the alternator (we brought one in) and to flush the coolant was around $760. This price is ridiculously high for an alternator that is on the top of the engine bay. Prices here are really high specifically the labor, arguably not competitive. While it was on me for taking this car to somewhere I know is more expensive this was the only mechanic shop I really went to so I did not feel comfortable sending my mom to another mechanic shop while I was off at school. I will say Stacy (I believe is her name) is really nice and was really sweet to me. While this work was done sometime around August of last year I really do not understand how they would not inform us that the ignition coil connectors on the front side of the engine were so broken they would not stay in. I did repeatedly informed them that I believe those are the ones that needed replace and I was under the impression that those were the ones they would be replacing. Additionally the wires in the connector for the cam position sensor was very lose inside the connector to the point one bump knocked it lose and showed what is a knotted wires that was shoved in the connector. While I don't blame them completely for this I believe this should have been found while replacing the connector in the back of the engine bay. We eventually had to call out another mechanic to come and redue the work that they had done and honestly Andy's garage's work felt rushed and did not look anywhere close to what we paid even though they had the car for quite some time. Additionally the mechanic was 1/3 of the price as here and was upfront about everything and honestly looked like his work was worth the $1500 I paid here. Finally, while they have been really nice to me, they were rude to my brother who brought the van up there to get fixed and did not listen to my mom about anything that she said was a concern about the vehicle. I definitely will not be coming back.
