Brian helped me with my purchase and was training another employee at the time and he was super professional and super friendly. While I knew what hitch I wanted I had no idea about anything else. Brian helped me with making sure I had the hitch and the lighting adapter (cause you kind of need brake lights on your trailer). After everything was picked out I set up my installer appointment. On install day, I had something come up at work and had to drop it off. No problem. They not only accommodated my schedule change but went ahead and installed everything working 1.5 hours! Amazing! And today I finally had a chance use the hitch. Everything worked great, the lights worked and it all felt so secure. I won't hesitate to come back it I need any more trailering/hitch equipment.

You drop your trailer off and hope they can get to it in the next couple of weeks. After 3 check ins to see if the trailer work was done and 3 missed commitments i finally gave up and picked up my boat trailer. Seemed a bit high for about 90 minutes of skilled labor. I'll get to test it out in a couple of weeks. The 20A fuse had better not blow again. The owner's wife Becky Rogers told me to ALWAYS test the wiring of a new/rental trailer by plugging it in to the tow vehicle prior to hitching it, without letting any of the metal of the trailer touch the metal of the tow vehicle (other than the 4-wire or 7-wire plug/jack). If all the trailer lights work (brakes/turn signals/running/parking), then it's OK to hitch up and tow.

Hank our salesman gave us space, didn't push us and went out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed. Cody managed the financial side and even got us insurance cover for our new 5th wheel. Brandon went over every single detail on how it all works and explained everything in great detail too but you dont fool me Brandon on the diving out of the emergency window in an emergency cause I saw the latch! Cody 1 - Brandon 0. Yes Cody you know I fell for the knocked over coffee cup prank on your desk. We got our lovely new 5th wheel home and within an hour or two a tree limb went through the roof and straight through the ceiling, so worried about possible water damage and broken hearted we called Three Way Campers and they couldn't of done more or been any nicer. They put it in the workshop, helped with the insurance claim and told us they will repair it as quick as possible (we have a long road trip planned and we were a little worried). They eased our minds. These guys just go way beyond what they have to do and we really appreciate them. If you are looking to buy a camper then this is the place to go.
