Grayson immediately began assembling the parts I needed. He however went above and beyond by actually assembling a complete hose. But my phone rang just as I arrived and I got distracted and left my keys in the car and locked the door. So I went in and asked the clerk if they could sell me a SlimJim (lockout tool.) It was less than $4, and the two young men came out to my car to help me use it. I would not have gotten the door open without their help, even with the tool. They were very smart and it only took them a few minutes to get my door open. Then I explained my reason for visiting, and one of them did a "check engine" diagnostic reading for free! And then explained to me what it meant and what the implications were. Two young men who gave exemplary service to a tired old lady.

As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.
