They have highly expensive and finely calibrated machine capabilities NO ONE ELSE IN GEORGIA and few in the South East-US even know exist!!! While working on my engine I was shown the "inner sanctum" of machine equipment and Professional training ... Training ... TRAINING required just calibrate and to use it as it was designed. (We're talking out of the country professional training -- like Highly specialized ... SPECIALIZED ... West German Machines). They have a price list for all their work and you can take in minor jobs or fully disassembled engines to have specific machine work at upfront advertised prices. No secret fees and upgrades you don't ask for, and the more you KNOW THE MORE YOU WILL APPRECIATE THEIR SKILLS and PROFESSIONALISM ... AND TOTAL EXPERIENCE in DOING JUST THAT !!! Their work on my 350-GM engine, saved me THOUSANDS in ... things I didn't know Nor wouldn't ever know without their HONEST AND KOWLEDGABLE MACHINE SHOP SKILLS AND EXPERTISE !!! So much for the ignorant wheel-barrow mechanics walking into this shop with a chip on their shoulder and looking for Wally World gas caps.

I had a very uncomfortable experience with the staff at this location (289 Cobb Pkwy N, Marietta,…read moreGA 30062). I witnessed a young woman who had accidentally parked on the property while trying to fix her car. She politely tried to explain that it was her vehicle, but before she could even finish, the man working there started yelling at her and cursing, saying "I don't give a f***." As a woman myself, this kind of behavior is extremely concerning and unacceptable. The woman was respectful and calm, while the employee was aggressive and disrespectful. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially when they are already dealing with a stressful situation. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable returning to this store. If this is how customers especially women are treated, I would not recommend coming here. The date is May 22nd around 6:20pm.

I bought a brand new Suburban Premiere edition eight months ago from Day's Chevrolet…read more In October, I started to notice a smell in the cabin that got progressively worse - a smell like "dirt" which we all know is a sign of mildew/mold. I took it in to Day's and they determined that the drain tube for the area around the sun roof had gotten pinched and instead of draining down the tube, water was running inside the roof, down the pillar, behind the dash and underneath the carpet. So, they ordered and replaced everything "cloth" (carpets, headliner, etc) in the cabin - removed everything from the interior, wiped everything (including the inside of all the doors) with a bleach solution in an attempt to kill the mold/mildew.- no dice...the smell was still there - BAD - and it was determined that there was no way to fix it. Here's where everything gets really good (and I do mean good - not in a sarcastic way). Without going into the long, boring details, in the end they replaced my Suburban with a brand new one - I simply had to pick out a new one (which I found online and they had transferred to their dealership) and submit the paperwork necessary to start the exchange - no arguments, no attempts to get around it, just good old-fashioned great customer service. It wasn't a fast process. It all started in November and I didn't pick up the new Suburban until last week - BUT - Ben Larue (the service manager) Jeff Amerson (the new car sales manager) and Mark Simpson (the salesman handling the new purchase) went well beyond the call of duty to make sure the whole process went as seamlessly as possible. They were easy to get on the phone, easy to talk to, kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and did it all with a friendly demeanor most wouldn't normally expect from a car dealership. I had many options when I bought my Suburban - for the amount I spent I could have purchased a wide variety of other cars or SUV's from other auto makers - having chosen to purchase a Suburban, I also had the option of going to any of a long list of Chevrolet dealerships in close proximity to my home. My experience with Day's, both during the first purchase and in the process of replacing it with a new one, has earned them a life-long customer. If you are in the market for a new car and considering Chevrolet, it's well worth the trip to visit Day's and see what they can do for you.

Absolutely terrible experience at Days Chevrolet. I made a service appointment, showed up on time,…read moreand was told they're "overbooked" because it's the weekend. So apparently appointments here mean absolutely nothing. Instead of honoring what they scheduled, they just shrugged it off and told me to come back on Monday or Tuesday like it's no big deal. No real apology, no attempt to make it right--just a complete waste of my time. Honestly, how are customers supposed to trust a place that can't even manage its own appointments? If they can't handle something as basic as scheduling, it really makes you wonder what else they cut corners on. I won't be coming back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else trust them with their vehicle.

I have often found O'Reilly to be the best of the three main after-market parts stores; they almost always give me the right part, and they make it right the few times they don't. All in all, I recommend this place.
