This man is a total rip off.I went to buy a car from him the car looked nice and ran decent I gave…read morehim 2500 of the 3500 and was to pay the rest in two payments so I specifically ask him on more than one occasion if he was sure the motor and transmission where good to which he replied that the car would take me wherever I wanted it to I also told him that I'm a single mom and in dire need of a car and could not afford to loose this money to which he replied he's a parent as well and would never do anyone wrong like that my brother ask him as well was the car in good shape.so I get the car drive it about 25 miles home the next morning I drove it maybe 15 miles and a couple hours later another 15 miles the car broke down having transmission trouble so I texted him to let him know and see how we gonna resolve this I have had the car all of maybe 12 hours and have not even been 60 miles in it and it's broke down so the first text he said he was still working he would call when he got off this was 930 at night he never called I told him that this is really a bad way to do business but that he could keep the 500 for his time when really it only my time wasted and return the 2000 I took the car to auto parts store to see if they could diagnose it they said it had no codes but with the symptoms of the car now and the fact that it's a 2015 car and has no saved codes only points to one thing that someone erased them so I will be tKing the car to Ford today to find out all the codes that have been erased and at what milage I sent him a text last night explaining that if I didn't hear from him by 9 am today we would be going to court he finally texted back said that he was not returning my money and still expects the payments.i have had 2 other mechanics tell me that there was no way he didn't know the transmission was bad and he choose to erase the codes and sell me a car he knew was bad and he's a mechanic are you for real any ways just wanted to let everyone know he's a fraud he's a rip off and he has no morels I hope he has the day and life he deserves and we will be going to court

This will take more money, time and frustration. Pat failed to address that I asked him to quote the job prior to work being done, and instead he completed the work and then demanded what I felt was overcharging based on the scope of work. This is not how to professionally conduct one self. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and me having to discover his shoddy work later is the issue. The money is not the issue, but the approach he took is unethical. If you are okay with a mechanic that's untrustworthy, unreliable, unprofessional and takes zero accountability, this is the mechanic for you! If you choose to use this business you have been warned. I recommend having a backup professional to fix this guy's mistakes, and then plan on paying for work more than once. Like I stated earlier, mistakes happen, it's unfortunate this guy has no intention of learning from them. Communication is key. Don't cover up your mistakes and not take ownership. I asked for a quote to remove locking lugs nuts on my wife's Kia, and after completing the job Patt told me the price which I thought sounded too high and was expecting to get a quote prior to the work being done, not after. I explained that I had no idea it was going to cost that much and he knocked $100 off the price. Later I discovered that Pat and another young man that works for him, had cross threaded 3 wheel studs on 2 different wheels. Given the time, money and frustration I would recommend saving your hard earned money and contacting a professional mechanic. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of integrity and poor communication are just bad business. Lesson learned on my end. I will never trust this guy to touch another vehicle again.

I found it odd that Tires Plus broke off 2 lug nuts claiming cross thread when the night before a police officer changed her tire on the side of the road with a standard tire iron. The shop told me they had been cross threaded prior to them. The story continued at your shop with more damage to her car. I am an ASE, GM certified tech of 50 years or better. I along with another tech do the repairs to her car. Nine months prior to your examination myself and my brother replaced the door hinge bushings that you claimed were bad. I had 5 months ago done a tune up, the other tech, Jody just had completed the front brakes, you had to have seen the new pads and rotors.
