This place is centrally located close to downtown Rockmart. The owner and employees are all friendly and competent and the prices are extremely realistic. Since they did my tire balance on my big truck tires so well I decided to go back for some other work on my other cars, and they've been great. I will come back to these guys for any work I feel like getting done, when I don't feel like doing it myself. They have a complete service department for just about all your needs. Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

This is how they left my truck after I paid them over $2300 to replace the Axel's and Ball joints. They didn't tighten everything properly. The owners excuse was that I have a lift kit (which I had the day they took my money and attempted the job) and that l should get a truck without one and that l went over railroad tracks?! Apparently if they work on your car,you are not allowed to go over railroad tracks again. My daughter and I could have been killed over there negligence.
