This place is centrally located close to downtown Rockmart. The owner and employees are all friendly and competent and the prices are extremely realistic. Since they did my tire balance on my big truck tires so well I decided to go back for some other work on my other cars, and they've been great. I will come back to these guys for any work I feel like getting done, when I don't feel like doing it myself. They have a complete service department for just about all your needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, they will not gouge you.

Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

I hit a deer and decided to have my car repaired at Candy Apple in Rockmart. I selected this place…read morebecause I had a red Chevy that was hit in the rear and the Candy Apple I took that car to in Powder springs did a great job matching my paint. If you know red, it's one of the hardest colors to match. The previous manager, at the Rockmart location, was hard to deal with. Seemed to me there was no QC or customer care at all. I had trash in my paint, the hood was not lined up correctly, the old headlight did not get buffed even though she said she would let the tech know. She never contacted me to let me know they were putting a new headlight on and the old one would not match. I know it wouldn't have been covered by insurance, but a good customer service skill would have been to give the patron a call to at least give the option of purchasing and installing a new headlight, while the car is torn down. Instead, she quoted me $2,400, because they had to tear the car down, purchase the light and install it. She later came back with a quote of approximately $1,100. At that point I decided I was not going to spend money there. She had next to know customer service skills. Now the new manger is in, he was easy to deal with, fixed the quality issues and had it done in less than a day. It looks like they buffed the whole car, including the old headlight, it was clean and polished when I picked it up. I do still have blemishes in the paint, but not like it was before. The paint is a slight bit different shade than the rest of the car, but I'll deal with it. I would recommend this place, since there is a new manager that cares.

This is how they left my truck after I paid them over $2300 to replace the Axel's and Ball joints. They didn't tighten everything properly. The owners excuse was that I have a lift kit (which I had the day they took my money and attempted the job) and that l should get a truck without one and that l went over railroad tracks?! Apparently if they work on your car,you are not allowed to go over railroad tracks again. My daughter and I could have been killed over there negligence.
