As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.

I had made an appointment but arrived almost ninety minutes early; they took me in, and got to me a bit earlier. The garage is behind a RaceTrac and across from a hospital; it's a busy area, so you have to get in either by going through the RaceTrac parking lot or going down by the hospital and (depending on where you're coming from) maybe doing a U-turn. Not a good or a bad thing; just something to be aware of. Services aren't the cheapest, but they do it right and guarantee their work. Good place, recommended garage.

That's just the stuff I've found, I'm sure there is plenty more that they have ruined, I'm scared of what else I'll find. They are very friendly and professional when you speak to them, but they do a really terrible job. do not take your car here. We had to call every few days to get an update or we would hear nothing. We finally got the car back after about 2 1/2 weeks. It seemed to run fine. After a few months, however, we were still having transmission issues and were provided diagnostic codes when we took it to a near by auto part store. Fine. It's under warranty. We take the car back to the shop. Our vehicle sat at the shop for legitimately 1.5 weeks with little to no calls or updates. We finally retrieved our car without our warranty repairs as we were given excuses about how short staffed they were and how someone had jury duty, blah, blah, blah. Meanwhile, we're renting cars, taking Lyfts, Ubers, etc... all while the car is just sitting there. Simply said, this shop does not honor their warranty or at least not with any urgency at all. If you have 100 years to wait.. then maybe your experience could be different.

I shopped everywhere for transmission service, only wanting the best since our 2012 Lexus LS 460 that was used to the pampering it received from the Lexus dealership service departments. So when we decided that a transmission replacement was the way to go I found High-Tech transmissions using Yelp. With many reviews north of 95% positive I did not let the distance from our home to the shop get in the way, and I'm glad that I didn't. After pickup I purposely waited a few weeks before tendering a review so that if I needed to return the vehicle for any reason I could judge their temperament completely (many service providers are angels until they get paid, and when something goes wrong afterwards they evolve into demons, not these guys). Wayne & his team were true and genuine good people. I returned the car a week after pickup because I heard unfamiliar noises coming from the rear tires that I thought was related to the transmission upgrade. The whole team of mechanics treated my vehicle impeccably and undertook a full car inspection as well as the transmission issue. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.
