So I had a unpleasant experience at Southern Devil HD this morning. (Before I begin let me preface…read morethis by saying I've purchased 3 motorcycles from this dealer) When I walked in the dealership, not a single person welcomed me or asked what I needed help with. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened at this particular dealer. Then I made my way over to the parts department. I was looking for a cleaner with bug removal properties. There are four display shelving units in the parts department that have cleaning products. All of the shelves are within 15 feet of the parts department cash register and have clear line of sight. There were no other customers in the department and there was one parts specialist. I walked around all four shelves looking at different products and the employee didn't ask if I needed help one time. When I decided on a product and was taking it up to the counter, I noticed a sign on the counter that read, "Rainy Day Special 10% off all cleaning products" When the employee rung up the purchase, I noticed he did not give me a 10% discount. So I asked, "What about the discount?" and he said, "You mean the one that says, (Rainy Day Discount)? I said,"Yes" and I swear he said to me, "Do you see it raining?" I honestly thought he was joking at first but then realized he was serious. He did not give me a discount even though the sign was plainly visible. Between motorcycles, parts, clothing and service calls, I have spent a great deal of money at this dealer and to be treated this way is the final straw. I'll be going to a different dealer from now on.

I recently came here to have a tow hitch installed on my Nissan Quest minivan. The store is super…read moreclean and organized. I came in knowing exactly what hitch I wanted. Brian helped me with my purchase and was training another employee at the time and he was super professional and super friendly. While I knew what hitch I wanted I had no idea about anything else. Brian helped me with making sure I had the hitch and the lighting adapter (cause you kind of need brake lights on your trailer). After everything was picked out I set up my installer appointment. On install day, I had something come up at work and had to drop it off. No problem. They not only accommodated my schedule change but went ahead and installed everything working 1.5 hours! Amazing! And today I finally had a chance use the hitch. Everything worked great, the lights worked and it all felt so secure. I won't hesitate to come back it I need any more trailering/hitch equipment.

Dropped my car off to see what they can find, they called me back with the issues. They said I needed new pads, new brake calipers, & new rotors. They gave me the estimate of $834. I asked if they can have it done that day, they said it wasn't gonna be done till Tuesday, this was a Friday that this happened & I told them I couldn't wait til then. luckily I took it to another place & they looked at it, they told me all I needed was the sliding pin for for my brakes & brake pads ( which I purchased at auto zone).
