Didn't have what I needed, but knew what it was and was able to tell me where to get it. Solid place in my book!

Pass all the paved-lot and shiny-window repair shops, and head across the border to Paulding Co…read more The couple bucks gas money you spend will look like pennies compared to what you won't spend at Marotti. Be patient if you leave a couple voicemails with days in between a call back (or weeks). When you're good it means you're busy. Then stop worrying once you're booked because this will be a less expensive journey than usual. You'll get a legit assessment of what needs done, and no pressure to change those filters or wiper blades (or timing belt) if you don't want to. No frills means low overhead; gravel lots with a few cars like the windows-down 2-door Mercedes parked means you're not paying for all the marketing. It's just car-fixing like it should be. Last time I went in thinking I needed a complete wiper reservoir replacement. Nope, just a wiper fluid hose for pretty cheap. We'll keep coming back since cars don't fix themselves. Currently I'm not at all fretting about our teenager's car we just had towed in after stalling in an intersection. How bad could it be? And of course I'll continue wondering how much he'd charge to get that old Mercedes in his lot back on the road. Probably just needs new wipers and an air filter, once we get that driver-side window closed.

Called Wed. morning to get an update. was told they hadn't gotten to it yet and they would see if they could get it in and finished and would call me back and let me know. Finally got a return call at 3:40 and told "We don't work on Dodge rear ends". They knew Mon. what I had and what the issue was and didn't say a word about not working on Dodge. Kept my truck for 2 days knowing they weren't going to touch it. WTF? That's 2 days it could have been at another shop getting repaired. Do not use this shop unless you want to be lied to and have your time wasted.

Had to quickly find a place to fix an unknown issue with my car. Not only did Christian Brothers…read moreshow amazing hospitality, but they were very informative and made sure I understood all that was going on with my car issue. They were able to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. I know for a lot of car repair shops, it often takes days maybe even sometimes weeks to do a big repair. In my case, I had a semi-intense repair needed for my engine and they were able to resolve it within 2 days. As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.

Recommended. This is…read morea newer location. Expect the consistent quality of the Christian Brothers brand. The waiting room is comfortable; they have some snacks available, free wifi, a clean bathroom, and comfortable seating. It was a bit cool when I was there, but I could also be cold-natured. The service was very good. They were prompt; they explained my options; they gave me up-front pricing. I had made an appointment but arrived almost ninety minutes early; they took me in, and got to me a bit earlier. The garage is behind a RaceTrac and across from a hospital; it's a busy area, so you have to get in either by going through the RaceTrac parking lot or going down by the hospital and (depending on where you're coming from) maybe doing a U-turn. Not a good or a bad thing; just something to be aware of. Services aren't the cheapest, but they do it right and guarantee their work. Good place, recommended garage.

EDIT: I took my car to Chloe's Auto Repair in Dallas, GA to have the air conditioning inspected and…read morerepaired. During my first visit, I was told they would perform a diagnostic and add dye/fluid to check for leaks. I was charged more than $700 for this service. Within a week, the air conditioning stopped working again, so I contacted the shop and was told this was "normal" and that I needed to bring the vehicle back so they could use a blue light to locate the leak. After returning my vehicle, I was informed that the condenser needed to be repaired and that my car would be taken to their Kennesaw location. Later that same day, I received a call from Chloe's Auto Repair informing me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while being driven back from Kennesaw to Dallas by one of their employees. When I arrived at the shop, I immediately documented the damage with photos and informed the front desk staff that I would not be paying for the services at that time. They acknowledged my concerns and returned my keys. I also obtained a copy of the police report and the owner's contact information. I was told I would be contacted by the owner to obtain insurance information and discuss the incident further, but he never reached out. This is not the level of professionalism or care anyone expects from a repair shop that promotes itself as reliable and trustworthy. My vehicle was damaged while under their care and responsibility, and the shop was not proactive or transparent in addressing the situation. The following morning, after not hearing from anyone, I called and requested to speak with the owner, Jack. It took 2-3 phone calls before he finally provided the insurance information needed for the damage claim. During our conversation, he attempted to persuade me to allow his shop to complete the repairs and order the parts themselves, but I declined and requested to work directly through the insurance company. He initially stated he did not have the insurance information available and promised a return call. When he finally provided the information, I was told I would need to handle communication with the insurance company myself moving forward. He also requested payment for the AC repair bill before the accident-related repairs had even been completed. At no point did I feel there was genuine accountability, concern, or even a sincere apology for the situation. The response I received was simply, "accidents happen." Since then, I have spent over a month dealing with police reports, insurance coordination, collision repairs, and the significant stress, inconvenience, and lost time this situation has caused my family. Although the insurance company ultimately repaired the accident damage, the shop continues to contact me requesting payment for the services performed on the day of the accident. My car went to the shop with value and now has diminished value due to the accident. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop and hope they choose to resolve this matter fairly and professionally without further escalation.
