First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. But the kicker for me? How thorough the inspection report was. The money was well worth it for the amount of detail that was put into the report and made me feel more educated on the condition of the vehicle. I certainly will be back.

They were able to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. I know for a lot of car repair shops, it often takes days maybe even sometimes weeks to do a big repair. In my case, I had a semi-intense repair needed for my engine and they were able to resolve it within 2 days. As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.

The whole team of mechanics treated my vehicle impeccably and undertook a full car inspection as well as the transmission issue. They diagnosed a few minor vehicle items that would need attention in due course and showed them to me in person and educated me fully. I was so impressed. I did not require any transmission work and they showed my the liquid with minimal metal pieces therein. What a a relief. After the whole inspection was completed I was amazed that there was NO charge. That never happens. This will take more money, time and frustration. Pat failed to address that I asked him to quote the job prior to work being done, and instead he completed the work and then demanded what I felt was overcharging based on the scope of work. This is not how to professionally conduct one self. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and me having to discover his shoddy work later is the issue. The money is not the issue, but the approach he took is unethical. If you are okay with a mechanic that's untrustworthy, unreliable, unprofessional and takes zero accountability, this is the mechanic for you! If you choose to use this business you have been warned. I recommend having a backup professional to fix this guy's mistakes, and then plan on paying for work more than once. Like I stated earlier, mistakes happen, it's unfortunate this guy has no intention of learning from them. Communication is key. Don't cover up your mistakes and not take ownership. It makes you look bad. I do not recommend using this mechanic. I asked for a quote to remove locking lugs nuts on my wife's Kia, and after completing the job Patt told me the price which I thought sounded too high and was expecting to get a quote prior to the work being done, not after. I explained that I had no idea it was going to cost that much and he knocked $100 off the price. Later I discovered that Pat and another young man that works for him, had cross threaded 3 wheel studs on 2 different wheels. Given the time, money and frustration I would recommend saving your hard earned money and contacting a professional mechanic. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of integrity and poor communication are just bad business. Lesson learned on my end. I will never trust this guy to touch another vehicle again.

Instead of replacing the larger wiring harness Honda recommended, they repaired the Bank 2 Sensor 1 wiring harness connector for less than 5% of Honda's quoted price. I'm very frustrated that I requested no transmission work be done if there was potential for engine issues also. Since I was informed the engine was fine I approved transmission work to be done. The comment that my engine was fine was not accurate. I took it back and was told to not rev the engine beyond 2500 RPM and I shouldn't have any issues. That is like going to the doctor, telling them is hurts when I do 'X' and the response is don't do 'X'. I look forward to your attention to this issue.
