The owner took the time to review Honda's diagnostic information, inspect the issue, and clearly explain what actually needed to be done. From the moment I arrived, the owner and service advisor were friendly, professional, and honest. Instead of replacing the larger wiring harness Honda recommended, they repaired the Bank 2 Sensor 1 wiring harness connector for less than 5% of Honda's quoted price. My check-engine light is gone, and the car drives great again. The owner also recommended maintenance items since my vehicle is approaching 100,000 miles, and I plan to return for those repairs. I truly appreciate their honesty, fair pricing, and quality work. I highly recommend B12 Complete Automotive to anyone looking for a trustworthy, budget-friendly repair shop. First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. The money was well worth it for the amount of detail that was put into the report and made me feel more educated on the condition of the vehicle. I certainly will be back.

They were able to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. I know for a lot of car repair shops, it often takes days maybe even sometimes weeks to do a big repair. In my case, I had a semi-intense repair needed for my engine and they were able to resolve it within 2 days. As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.

I cannot recommend Alpha Auto Center enough!…read more David has been taking care of my vehicles since **2018**, and I honestly wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else. As a teacher, I truly appreciate having a mechanic who understands the importance of staying within a budget without sacrificing quality. Over the years, I've gone to him for everything from unexpected car emergencies to routine repairs, and he has always been gracious, effective, and efficient. No matter how busy he is, he somehow finds a way to fit me into his schedule when I have an urgent issue. That level of customer service is rare these days. What really sets David apart is his integrity. He stands behind his work and takes responsibility for every repair his shop performs. If something isn't quite right or you're not completely satisfied, he'll make it right. That kind of accountability gives me tremendous peace of mind. Another reason I've remained a loyal customer for so many years is the quality of the parts and workmanship. David doesn't cut corners. The parts he uses are dependable, and his repairs last. The value you receive for both the parts and labor is outstanding because you're not constantly returning for the same repair. His experience and years in the automotive industry are evident in the way he diagnoses problems accurately and fixes them correctly the first time. Finding an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanic is not easy, but David and the team at Alpha Auto Center have consistently earned my trust. If you're looking for quality work, fair pricing, excellent customer service, and someone who genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend Alpha Auto Center.

This will take more money, time and frustration. Pat failed to address that I asked him to quote the job prior to work being done, and instead he completed the work and then demanded what I felt was overcharging based on the scope of work. This is not how to professionally conduct one self. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and me having to discover his shoddy work later is the issue. The money is not the issue, but the approach he took is unethical. If you are okay with a mechanic that's untrustworthy, unreliable, unprofessional and takes zero accountability, this is the mechanic for you! If you choose to use this business you have been warned. I recommend having a backup professional to fix this guy's mistakes, and then plan on paying for work more than once. Like I stated earlier, mistakes happen, it's unfortunate this guy has no intention of learning from them. Communication is key. Don't cover up your mistakes and not take ownership. It makes you look bad. I do not recommend using this mechanic. I asked for a quote to remove locking lugs nuts on my wife's Kia, and after completing the job Patt told me the price which I thought sounded too high and was expecting to get a quote prior to the work being done, not after. I explained that I had no idea it was going to cost that much and he knocked $100 off the price. Later I discovered that Pat and another young man that works for him, had cross threaded 3 wheel studs on 2 different wheels. Given the time, money and frustration I would recommend saving your hard earned money and contacting a professional mechanic. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of integrity and poor communication are just bad business. Lesson learned on my end. I will never trust this guy to touch another vehicle again.
