Set an appointment for wife's car for oil service and rotation this morning early. They were waiting when I arrived. Waited 30 minutes and done! $62. Can't go wrong with these guys! I found this establishment by yelp and I was EXTREMELY satisfied! First off I would support local business over a cooperation any day and this is the place to do it if you need tires! I called and the gentleman stayed on the phone with me until he found the best tire for the best price. Once the tire was in I received a text that it was in with the total price (including tax and labor). No appointment was needed. When I went there I was expecting the service to take long but I was completely wrong! Approximately 1 hour to replace two tires!! They are doing it right! They also checked my other tires and recommended me to replace another tire that was damaged--this tire that was damaged was overlooked by a car dealership. Of course I bout another tire from lambert tire co. And the service was exceptional again. The price was perfect! Half the price the car dealership was quoting me! Lambert is the place to go! I went to five places pricing tires they were by far the cheapest. Came back for an alignment and they noticed I had a wheel bearing going out and btw had it happen several times so when they showed me the wheel was shaking they were spot on. I told them I had a vacation planned the next day where I had to drive my truck 8 hours, had no idea they would accommodate me like the did. So I stopped by to see if they could patch a tire. As the guy pulled the tire off the back of my truck, I noticed that the tire was smooth in the middle. I was thinking it had no tread. I said "I can't believe my husband or son did not mention this." I left the tire to come back and pick it up after a meeting. They called me five min later and said they could not patch it because of where the hole was located. The gentlemen says" would you like to buy some new tires?" I said "I will come pick it up and my husband can figure out what to do. My tires were not even down to the indicators yet! I took my tire to another tire shop today and they patched it no problem. I truly feel that because I thought the tread was worn down and all it was was the pattern in the rubber worn off in the middle that they tried to take advantage of me because I am a female. They tried to prey on my ignorance. Well boys, it didn't work and you will not get that opportunity again!!! read more
